Alumicolor Flexible Stainless Steel ruler, measuring tool, 18IN

Marked with 16th inch and millimeter increments. I learned way back in art school that the cork is essential for stability and provides an inking edge so the ink won't roll under the ruler and ruin your work. My other rulers like this are long and unsuited for use in my journal. This one fills the bill for my creative journaling.

I am so glad that I got this ruler I was very surprised at the price and it was so worth it, so if you're looking for a ruler that is long and you use it quite often this is a great one it is so worth it and at a great price.

When I bought this, I did not see that it was flexible, and it wasn't exactly what I wanted, but wasn't worth the shipping to send back. I have been using it and it works fine. I regularly get it wet and spray it off with a hose and so far the numbers are staying on all right. the cork backing is probably helpful on paper, but I just bought it to measure stuff. I like that it has metric on one edge and inches on the other. This ruler is so thin! If you don't really want it to wiggle and wave you should look for something else, but if you want a straightedge that will conform to curved surfaces, this is the way to go.

This ruler is good for my use but it is not very heavy duty. It is too flexible for other uses, I would guess. However, I am using it for a Christmas Wrapping Paper straight edge. Then, I use my exacto knife to cut the wrapping paper straight instead of using scissors. So far, it is working AMAZING! Plus, even though I hold it tightly, the cork on the back helps to keep it from slipping and moving when I am cutting.

Same great high quality aluminum rulers with non-slip cork backing that you would get at an art supply store. Literally the same brand and everything. They are flexible but not cheap. If you ever used one in school in an art class then this is probably what you’re used to.

Sorry, I thought stainless steel would be rigid and this is not. It’s very flexible.

Love the size and quality of the metal part... But the cork backing, which is why I purchased this in the first place, and what I really want in a metal small ruler… is coming off after a month of use.

This is definitely a knife not a ruler to be used by people.My kid was working on the floor and she left the ruler.When I was walking I didn't notice it was there and walked on it ,it cut my first 3 feet fingers and bleed badly.This is like a sharp blade
