Very disappointing. Arrived completely dead! Second time was a charm!
The media could not be loaded. I am totally disappointed by this purchase. As I lifted out each plant, one was more revolting that the other. As you can see from my video and photo, three of the four plants are completely dead, and one still has a bit of living plant that could possibly be revived.Update: I took a chance and placed another order for the same plants because they were the only small lavender plants I could find. What a difference! As you can see from the new photo and video I have submitted, the plants that arrived today are green, fragrant and healthy-looking. I am very glad that I gave this seller another chance!

About as expected
It’s about what I expected (which was, for half to die). They were smaller than I expected, but the size is clearly listed in the description, I just didn’t really consider it ahead of time. I was expecting two to end up dying and was going to be happy if two survived. Right after delivery I could tell one was not going to make it. I planted it anyway to give it a chance, but it did die pretty quickly. The second one tried, but it died about 2 weeks later. The other two are thriving and doing great, and I’m very happy with them. (All 4 plants were planted the exact same way in the same spot.) They are bright green and smell amazing. I ended up buying two additional lavender plants from Home Depot. The two from Amazon actually look like they’re doing better than the Home Depot ones. I might not be the ideal environment for lavender, but I did do lots of research before hand so they should continue to thrive hopefully. All that to say, don’t expect all four plants to survive. If you plan on 50%, I think you’ll be happy with these.Re the company itself, I was trying to buy directly on their website which claimed free shipping, but there seemed no way to actually do that as it just directed me to Amazon, so I had to pay for shipping on Amazon which was frustrating. Took away a star because of that.

Some disappointment.
One of the four mint plants arrived dead. The other 3 barely made it. Very dry soil. Not what I expected.

Gamble paid off! Happy plants are thriving
I wanted to upload the pictures of how the plants arrived and what they look like a week later, but technology is not our friend. Sigh...The 2 boxes arrived neatly taped together, but one corner was badly dented, so I feared the worst. However the plants I unboxed, while folded over from being so delightfully tall that they didn't quite fit in the box were lovely, healthy, and GREEN. I got 8 lavender plants, so you can imagine how wonderful the kitchen smelled. The roots were MOIST, so I worried, because lavender and damp don't mix well. But the stems and leaves looked good, not water rotted, so I gave my new babies a day to destress near my kitchen window. I'm guessing they were watered before packing for shipping so they wouldn't dry out. The next day I planted in my local Florida fill dirt (heavy clay/sand mix) by giving a double handful of potting soil per plant to overcome the lack of organic matter in the heavy builder's fill and watered lightly. It's a week later, the temps hit 97F yesterday and the little plants are THRIVING! Gave them a little sprinkle alternate mornings if they looked tired from the heat, but they're stretching and reaching for that baking full day of sun my front bed gets and looking happy to be in this climate.I wanted to post a review for this company as I have never ordered live plants before, but the lack of anything suitable for the Florida heat locally thanks to supply chain issues and builders demanding nothing but ugly shrubs in their building frenzy had me despairing of filling my beds with scent and color. Now I have a bank of lovely perfume every time I walk past and I can't wait until things fill out and bloom.I'm in Zone 9(a) on the USDA map if it helps anyone else, I planted in early May the last week the highs were in the 80s, and lavender is a perennial here. My rosemary overwintered nicely, so I see no reason these lavender should not.I'll definitely buy from this seller again.

Packaged with care
I'm super happy. The plants were carefully packed with plastic & rubber bands over the pot to keep the soil in place, tall sticks to keep the plants from getting crushed & even came with a heat pack to insure that they didn't freeze in transit. The plants are healthy & I feel it was a great value as well. I'll definitely be ordering from this company again.

The entire batch died within a week
The plants arrived looking kinda sad and all 4 plants died (dry out) within a week.

^ weeks after ordering
These seemed to be doing fine. But now, six weeks after ordering, two of them seem to be dying. Their leaves have gone dry and the stems seem to be getting thinner. They are all four in the same window, on the same shelf. They get the same amount of water (whatever drains through is disposed of), and are watered on the same schedule. They do not seem to have any bugs and are planted in the same solid medium.

Looking good!
All plants looked pretty healthy and had some new buds forming too! There were some little bumps on the leaves that didn't look too normal and one plant had a couple leaves brown but I trimmed them so hopefully they'll be fine!
