Honestly if you are serious about composing and producing music. This is one of the best MIDI Keyboards out there. It is built like a tank to withstand the test of time, and it has the fatar tp40 wood Keybed that feels like playing a baby grand.In my experience, I put it as second best in the industry standing beside the Doepfer lmk4+. The 88grand is really user friendly and easy to assign parameters.In contrast with the Kontakt Kontrol 88 the kontakt keyboard feels cheap besides the Grand88. My kk88 lasted about a year before it started to have noisey keys and start falling apart. The 88grand is superior in every aspect except the pretty lights.
