When I received this jar from Amazon I was pleased by how gel-like and thick it was. I initially had some concerns about the consistency looking at other reviews. I tried it and at first really disliked the taste, but the clove flavor definitely helped dull the mild ocean flavor. I have gotten used to the taste, it’s not that bad anymore. Over the course of the past two weeks I definitely have more energy, and don’t feel like I need a nap everyday anymore. I also feel like my mood has been better since I’ve been taking this daily! Great product!

Irish Sea Moss Holy Gel is a best product that i ever try. The gel was soupy when it arrived. I don’t think all of the ingredients were in my most recent purchase because the taste and color was very different from the 1st purchase I made. I am noticing a difference in my energy and appetite, and even my short term memory seems to improving. I have also lost some weight.

I ordered 2 of these after taken the cell fuel 102 seamoss powder and they both work awesome. I mix this in the morning with purified water as a tea and it literally keeps me full for at least 4hrs. I drive over the road so food, weight, health, stiffness, leg swelling are issues I deal with. I'm happy I found this although it has a strong clove flavor I don't care it helps me feel so much better. I'm fasting 8-10hrs everyday one meal staying hydrated and drinking this I should reach my goals. It's worth a try.

This is a great product. The sellers have added what tastes like a mixture of nutmeg, allspice, and cinnamon, which gives it a dark color and greatly improves the flavor ( as opposed to non-flavored sea moss gel). I use it daily in my morning smoothie and I will buy again I am very pleased with this product

This product is a must have. After taking this product I noticed a quick change with my bowel release. I use to go every two to three days now I go everyday. This alone help with the sluggish feeling. Which in return helps me to feel more energized. I mix this with a smoothie every morning and drink plenty of water. I just bought another jar. I’m hooked!

It taste like cinnamon and it thick and bladderwreck is exactly what it do because all I do is use the bathroom every 20 mins drives me nuts..
