Great product, just not for PC350s - Updated 8-6-2014
I just bought them for my PC350s and i can say that while they fit perfectly and provide a different feel (which you may or may not prefer over pleather), they alter the sound dramatically, and not in a good way. I would never suggest someone mod their PC350's with these. The headphones that were acoustically designed for a velvety/felt-like earpad sound best with them, and apparently pleather sounds best with pleather earpads. When i had these on, all bass went away and everything sounded high pitched and distanced. It completely ruined the sound. The minute i swapped back on my old pads, everything returned to normal. Theres a reason these arent marketed towards PC350's, they absorb different frequencies of sound and ruin the soundscape - and i mean RUIN it. While this is no fault of the part or the seller, i cannot complain at all about the transaction. I give the part 5 stars because im sure its great on the headphones it was designed for and marketed towards. Prime shipping was on time and excelent as always.EDIT: 8-6-2014After doing some research, it turns out that the pleather ear pads the PC350s come with stock are designed to make a seal with your skull. This closed design results in the driver (speaker itself) behaving differently than it would if there wasnt a semi-airtight seal with your head. In other words, by breaking that seal with felt pads, you lose the pressure barrier, and the pressure waves (sound waves) concuss your ear drum at different amplitudes (volume) for the various frequencies (bass, midrange, treble, vocals). I would imagine that people who use a closed muff design with long hair, or hair around the ear prevents them from fully experiencing the sound their muffs can provide. If you're looking for a replacement pad set for your pc350s, pc360s or any other closed ear muff design, do yourself a big favor and buy pads that are designed for a closed system. Hopefully, people will stop buying these for the PC350s, and trolls will stop suggesting that people buy them.

Good quality replacement, a little tricky to install
I bought these replacement pads for an old pair of Sennheiser HD 518 headphones. The replacement pads are nice and comfortable, but getting the replacement installed was not quite so easy as I'd expected, hence 4 stars instead of 5.The package doesn't come with any instructions (or link to instructions) for the installation process. That would be OK if there was good documentation online, but the Sennheiser support website is pretty bad (disorganized, poor search functionality, broken links, and limited models covered.)The main issue I had with installation was that after removing the old pads I couldn't figure out how to snap the new ones in. Turns out that the locking ring from the old pads was still attached to the headphones. Since all of these parts are black plastic it's more or less impossible to see that it's a separate piece, but I was able to pry it out with a pair of tweezers (any thin piece of metal should do). Once that piece popped out it was easy enough to snap the new pad on. Note that the replacement pads already have a locking ring piece in them, so contrary to some advice on the internet you don't need to transfer that piece from the old pads to the new.Hope that helps someone.

They worked well, for more than just the 558s.
I bought these for my 558s because my prior pads were starting to collapse. I could feel the inside of the driver with my ear and wanted to prop the headphones up off of my head again.Pros1. They fit my 558s no problem.2. They come with pads as well as the inserts that go between the driver and your ear. Four total pieces come in the back.3. They're just like the originals.Cons1. $35 is so expensive for these.2. There are only 20 left in stock. I wonder how hard these will be to find in 5 more years when I need them again. Considering buying another set now just in preparation for the future. What's the point of having replaceable headphones when these pads are so difficult to find? Ugh.Super Duper ProsI bought a pair of HD 579 and HD 599 (I'm going to keep one and return the other or return both if I don't like them). Turns out these pads also fit those headphones. They are exactly the same size. Black ear cups on my silver HD 579s? Yes please!I hope Sennheiser keeps these in stock for those of us who actually like keeping their products for longer than 3-4 years. Glad these worked, even if they are expensive.

pricy but great
When the pads of my Sennheiser HD 558 headphones finally wore out, I was sad because I thought it meant I'd need to buy a new pair. However, replacing the pads turns out to be very easy and straightforward. These are the genuine Sennheiser parts, not knockoffs, and they fit perfectly and feel great.I'd watched a few youtube videos on the process before starting, and they mentioned that you need to transfer over the plastic retaining ring from your old pads, but that was not the case with these. The ring came preinstalled, so the procedure was very simple -- snap out the old ones and snap in the new ones. The replacement kit also includes the mesh screen components so you don't have to worry about cleaning your old ones.My only complaint is that the price is rather high for what you're getting, but I suppose it's fair given that these are genuine and they can keep a beloved set of headphones working indefinitely. I just wish there was a genuine Sennheiser head band part for sale as well.

Fine for my purposes
I bought these because the original pads on my PC350 headset had completely fallen apart. I am not a music connoisseur so I can't judge if these pads really alter the sound the way other reviewers claim. For my purposes (mainly doing language classes and the like on the computer), these are perfectly fine -- and unlike with the original pads, the material feels pleasant on the skin (and I no longer have little flakes of pleather stuck to my face). The pads were easy to put on and with the exception of the flakey pad on the bow, the headset looks like new. I expect I will be using the headset with these pads for years to come.

3) Easy to install 4) Coupon for a next purchase from ...
I was looking to find replacement ear pads for my HD 558 that I have had since 2012. It was long overdue to replace the original ones, and I was looking for something more OEM from Sennheiser with a proper part # as opposed to ones from eBay.I came across this ad, and noticed that it was exactly what I was looking for.Pros:1) Package was not damaged, and the ear pads were packed properly in bubble wrap.2) No damages to the actual ear pads and other various parts.3) Easy to install4) Coupon for a next purchase from the vendor's website (nice bonus I guess?)Cons:1) This not more of a con, but I guess the shipping rate could have been slightly cheaper?Either way, an excellent product and its good to have new ear pads again, as though when I first bought the headphones.
