Portable Baby Ball Pit Playpen Playard Fence with Basketball Hoop Breathable Mesh for Indoors Outdoors Infant Toddler Kids Large

We purchased this for our 7 month boy, in order to give him more room than a pack and play. We believe that the space and security of this pit had allowed the baby to work on his coordination and strength.It definitely has more room than a play pen. I, myself have gotten in there to play with him with no issues.The frame poles are light but sturdy metal. The mesh gives the baby the ability to see what's happening and more importantly we can see what he is doing. He does use the mesh as a wall to get up, so far no issues with it ripping or degrading in quality. The zipper feels like it's a little flimsy however that's not an issue for us because we don't use the entrance, we simply put the baby in and out without that feature. This pit's floor isn't matted. We bought a puzzle foam mat to put on the inside, and it's a good thing because we have wood floors and he has taken a few falls.

I bought this for my son’s 2 birthday party and it was a hit! I only had about 520 balls and it no where near filled the pit but it was a decent amount that it was too much to clean later. It wasn’t too hard to put together just follow the pictures. There were about 5 kids ages 1-6 in at one time and it held up pretty good. The only down side to this was there’s no way to easily get in and out with balls inside. You can’t use the door or the balls come out and the walls were kind of high for the kids to get in. The pretty much were just throwing themselves in with the help of a stool. So if you don’t mind helping your kiddos in and out this is great!

This play pen works great! I can let my son play in it while I make breakfast, or do some cleaning. He seems much more entertained in this than when I just had to leave him in the living room. It did come with some of the stitching ripped, so I had to fix it. And like everyone else says, the zipper is flimsy and already has a rip in its seam as well. It was a little difficult to put together, simply because it requires a lot of space and strength. And if you mess up, you have to pull it apart, which is really where the strength comes in. At least you know it won't come apart easily! I wish a couple pieces were included to make it just the play pen without the hoop. I didn't really want to use that part yet. It also didn't really have instructions, there's an "instructions" paper, but it doesn't tell you anything about how to put it together. Also, the measurements are for the poles, not the actual play area. We bought a foam puzzle mat to cushion the floor and it doesn't fit with the edge pieces, despite the listed measurements matching the full measurements of the mat. My son keeps pulling the mats up since we can't use the edge pieces.

I cant say enough good things about this pen. Our dog needed surgery and vet recommended a soft sided pen for recovery. We got this and put a thick plastic tub liner at the bottom for right after operation for grip and accidents (removed it after he was recovered), but we never got rid of this pen. He LOVES it. He still sleeps in it 2 years later. Love that it is spacious, there is no top for easy access and no hard sides for him to hurt himself. I didnt get this as a ball pit but can attest to its durability…our vet now recommends it to all of his surgery patients. It was a literal lifesaver.

This is a very big playpen, but it was exactly what I needed since my baby likes to move a lot. She uses one side to push her push toy and the other side has her toys in one corner and a an area to nap in the other corner. There are no instructions, so it takes a bit to get started. But once you can figure it out, the setup is actually pretty easy. The only drawback is that you cannot "close it up" like other playpens. If you want to move it or put it away, you need to actually take it apart. But it is definitely worth the money.

Updated review: Bought on July 11. It’s 11/1.So after having this a few months it has ripped in a few spots. It started with the accessorie pocket which I wasn’t too bothered about, but when it happened to the enclosure netting I was upset. This is definitely a safety hazard. I would buy another brand if I could send it back. As you can see I sewed it back together.Original review:It was so easy to install my 9 year old even did it herself. Baby has a lot of room to play and the hoop let daddy have a lot of fun while he’s in it with her. All I with is they sold thick enough mats that custom fit this. The foam mats don’t seem thick enough to me.

I purchased this for my great-grandson’s second Birthday. It was love at first bounce! It’s the first thing he wants to do every morning when he wakes up. He can be crazy and rambunctious in a safe controlled environment and he smiles and laughs the whole time. I’d say it was a huge win! I felt it was a bit pricey and the price of the balls to fill it is ridiculous, but watching him in the ball pit is priceless. A great gift for two and up. (His 16 year old cousin spent several hours in it and said he wants a huge one for himself!😆)

Nice ball pit except it doesn’t have a 2 way zipper. Zipper is only on the outside. Defeats the purpose of a zipper when you can’t unzip when on the inside so the zipper has to stay open for kids to get in and out and the balls come out. I’m disappointed.

Works fantastic as a ball pit. I just rigged up a pool noodle and bungie cord for by the door so the balls don't roll out constantly. Very roomy- I've had 3 kids aged 4/5 playing in there at once and they loved it. Easy to put together as well (although the polls had a coating on them that got on my hands).

easy to assemble, sturdy enough for my almost 4 years old to climb out of (she can't do rhe zipper from the inside). The 10 month old doesn't feel like she's being forced to stay in as she can go in and out on her own, and when I have to go to the bathroom or do dishes or leave her for whatever reason, I can zip it up. I bought a pack of ball pit balls to go with it and my 3 year old calls it the "ball pit " . I have to add it is really spacious and way better than any $150-$200 play pen I've ever had before. Best money I've spent on my girls ever. I have told everyone about this buy and I am beyond impressed with the structure and easy build of it. So easy, that my fiancé could put it together by himself. If you buy anything for your kid, let it be this. Love this.

Looked all over the web for the product that suits our needs and this is it. The base sits relatively flat, except along the edges where the seams are attached to the frame. We placed it on a high-piled carpet initially when baby started sitting on her own. We now moved it on a foam mat so baby can practice crawling and pulling herself up within a safe space. You will need to disassemble to wash— which is not a big deal. This is not a pack and play variety, but it is easy to figure out putting it together even without a manual. It has ample space for a baby and an adult to sit in. I imagine that the netting could puncture if it snags a sharp object, but since we’re supposed to keep those away from baby anyway, I’m not too worried about it.

This play are is massive, true to size, came on time and despite many reviews also came with all included pieces!! Quick assembly no instructions but simple go figure out. Would buy this again . Great quality will outlast my little guy!

Probably one of the best purchases I’ve made. Very quick and easy to set up, my son loves playing in there. When I put him in it I have piece of mind that he is safe. There is lots of space for him to move around and play but It does take up a lot of space being 5ft x 5ft. The only negatives I can think of is I don’t really care for the basketball hoop but other then that it’s awesome!
