Gonex Bat Grip Tape for Baseball

I bought this for a short bat I have for home defense purposes (Brooklyn Basher by Cold Steel), it's about 24" overall. I had the perfect amount plus a few (10" approximately) inches left over. Looks and feels great, as if it came this way right from the factory.Installation was pretty easy, I just followed the pictures on the order page here and took my time, trying to overlap the shiny edges of the previous wrap and the current one as I went. The tape included for sealing down the edges has a nice stretch to it, so I pulled it fairly tight as I wrapped and it seems secure.This review was done just after wrapping the bat, so I can't speak to the durability, but will update if I have any problems.

When comparing this product to others, this seemed less expensive and had better reviews. The photo shows a spool of tape, which I compared to other manufacturers spools of tape. The difference in price was due to the difference in quantity. I received a packet of tape that was just barely sufficient for my needs. While the length is given in the description, the photos are a bit deceptive. I'm giving two stars because I feel a bit taken.

Great bat wrap but just a bit short!Not much room for choke up. Maybe another 2 rotations around would be ideal. Still works tho

I was concerned with a couple of reviews I read, even after seeing all of the positive ones, so let me dispel two myths:1. MYTH: The grip comes in strips, not one long roll. REALITY: The grip is one long strip, but it is folded flat. I was concerned how it would unroll after being folded so tightly but this was not a problem at all.2. MYTH: It's not long enough. REALITY: It's plenty long. I wrapped it with about the smallest amount of overlap, and when I showed it to my son, he said, why did you wrap it so high? :) Well, I guess I could have stopped, but oh well.If you need a bat grip, I'd order this, then read the directions in the description while you wait the couple days to arrive, so that when it does, you can install it without issue.

I used this for grip on my kayak handle. It made it much easier to grip (even when wet) and long trips less harsh on my hands, which is great! I didn't want to have to use gloves or keep track of another accessory when kayaking, so I thought grip tape would be my best option. I've used it the paddle with grips 3 times so far and am very happy with my decision. I'll have to see how long it lasts, and I'll update my review if need be.I do wish I had ordered two and done one for each hand. I split this one in half which works fine (just barely fits my palms for grip), but doesn't fit my outstretched thumb. Considering the price I should have just done two and had a little overkill, but that's really just splitting hairs since it basically works fine as is.

So first off I bought this tape for something other than using it on a baseball bat, been using this grip tape on PS4 controllers to prevent controller slip, this tape works way better than anything sold on the market for gaming controllers to prevent slip during game play when your hands get sweaty. Very easy to cut and install and feels very comfortable when it's on the controller and in your hands. I can do a 2-3 hour zombie game in COD and the tape doesn't slip of slide off the controller.ProCan do like 6-8 controllers with one package of tape and it's a very clean install.Con:It's a slight pain in the butt to get the adhesive off if you decide to remove the tape from your controller. Only had to do it twice because the thumb sticks broke on the controller so I stripped it and soaked the shell in alcohol to remove the adhesive then put back together and retape the controller.

The product worked well but was not long enough to cover the original 12" grip length. Still usable for my needs. Seller originally sent it to the wrong address, but worked to remedy it quickly.

I purchased this two pack of grips and received them today. I was hoping they’d be long enough to grip the bats I needed to put them on, but after seeing some mixed reviews I didn’t expect them to be. Amazing enough, I wrapped two adult bats and they were plenty long enough. As long as you overlap the tape on top of the first outer line there is plenty to do the average bat. It came with two pieces of tape to wrap each end. Very easy to use. I immediately purchased two more wraps to do another couple bats.
