The only cough drops that work for me, and I mean these particular ones, the uncomfortable in your mouth little cubed ones. Tried these in more comfortable rounded shapes too, but they didn’t work as well for me in getting rid of my cough. Tried it on several different occasions.Product came within timely manner and in good condition.

While the size of this drop is not conducive to a small mouth, in my opinion this flavor is the best repair of almost any type of cough or throat soreness due to allergies, smoky weather, smog, or any breathing problem from air quality that wakes you up in the middle of the night or troubles you at work or on a plane. I also used it for colds when I had them and that is the only time I wanted lemon added to it (without the usual menthol that accompanies the usual lemon cough drops).Because of the original flavor's huge size, it will last at least 6 hours through natural "melting." This is not a menthol or strong tasting drop. It's very soothing and relaxing without pain. It tastes good, but not like modern candy. It's an old fashioned candy flavor., which is fine with me. It's effective.

I used to use Hall's methalyptus cough drops but they were burning my mouth and I wanted to get away from the artificial ingredients so I've been hooked on Ricola for several years now. My throat gets very dry and if I start coughing I can't stop unless I pop in a Ricola!

It's so convenient to buy a BIG bag because I use a lot of cough drops (allergies bother my throat). In the long run cheaper too than buying a bag here and there at different prices. I have dialysis where I am on the machine for 5 hours 3 times a week. you get very thirsty, but I can only have 32 oz of fluid at the most. I finally found these, where they keep my throat moist and I don't chew them like I do with lifesavers. Excellent in their wrapping.
