Be careful if bought for diet purposes
I bought this to make salt and vinegar popcorn since I'm on a diet. However the flavour of the vinegar is quite weak and I needed 3 teaspoon - this is over 66 calories. To put that in perspective, the 3 cups of popcorn was only 90 calories. The flavour is very nice, just too weak. If you're using it for normal seasoning and don't care about calories just add more, it taste great!

smells stronger than it tastes
Has a good vinegary smell, and if you put it straight on your tongue it has a sharp tang. But i used it to flavour 'salt and vinegar' crackers and could barely taste it. Have also tried it on chips instead of actual vinegar, and again, the flavour was just lost. Will try again using more, but i thought i was pretty generous with it.

Lack of acidity
With all seriousness, I love vinegar and the smell of it tickles the back of my throat. After tasting this powder which I had great hope for I asked myself whether I should take a COVID test as all I can describe it as is a salt and vinegar crisp that has been washed in bleach

Maltodextrin base - not great for diabetics
I love a vinegar flavour, this is quite mild, and quite pleasant. Would not have bought had I realised its base was maltodextrin only because I am managing my blood sugar by diet. Would have preferred a stronger vinegar flavour

Delicious.
I've only recently heard about this product, Vinegar Powder. It is delicious and very moreish. It can be sprinkled over vegetables or reconstructed to use in salads.

Real vinegar smell.
Get the vinegar taste without the food being soggy.

Disappointing taste
The powder on its own has a really pungent taste, which is what I was hoping for. When I’ve sprinkled it on food, however, it loses a lot of its flavour and I had to add so much that my food was white and sticky by the end.

Tastey
Stays where sprinkled.
