Nice look, works well, though takes effort to keep cooktop unsmudged.

Samsung range FTQ3521WUW (not the one pictured) electric convection. Purchased 2011 had a fire from the back convection unit and not inside the range itself. Luckily the unit was 4 inches from wall and kitchen exhaust hood wasn't running as that might have pulled the fire higher. Baking a few potatoes at the time. Flame appeared from the back above the timer and was about 5 inches tall and 5 inches wide and lasted for about 5 seconds. Black oily smoke and heavy electrical smell lasted for another 10 sec. We were alerted to all of this by first a small explosion and then a hissing noise. Smoke and flame came out of top control panel, but this area did not appear to be the damaged other than oily soot covering. Fire came from the fans outside the cooking area.Called Samsung to report issue, and no more was said. I would certainly bring this issue up if I were purchasing a Samsung range.

This stove is a nightmare if you use a cleaner on the stainless steel it takes the numbers off . The knobs are a alloy they are dangerous if you have kids the can just turn it it comes on . The knobs are a painted color. It rust on the top where the stainless is . Dont waste your money. I would give it one positive the oven baked well
