Pleasant taste and nutritional benefits.
This powder mixes well and had a pleasant citrus type taste which isn’t overwhelming. It does seem to keep one feeling full for hours and I am enjoying it in hot drinks and soups. I eat a fairly high fiber diet anyway and adding a tablespoon of this hasn’t caused any gas or diarrhea.

A must for every day!
This powder is not only delicious but also really squelches my appetite. I take it first thing in the morning and then mid- to late afternoon and can go for hours without being hungry or even needing a snack. It's full of fiber and a good source of calcium and potassium. I'm so glad I was introduced to this (in Africa) -- it has become a mainstay of my health routine.

Great product !
It tastes great , I can add it to everything juice , coffee , yogurt pretty much everything you can think off . Keeps you full so your not hungry , it’s great de bloater , dissolves quickly . Don’t know exactly how and what it is but my body likes it .

This is, by far, the best organic boabab powder from Zimbabwe I've ever had. It's also the first boabab powder I've ever had. Make of that what you will, but it certainly doesn't discredit my earlier statement in any way that i can think of....
