We use this on the boat it is great to be able to recharge when you don't have a plug.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:These work great. I keep it in my tornado bag. Every 3 months I let it charge till it is empty then charge it back up. Works great.

Great product. I take it with me every time I leave the house. The only down fall is the flow charging time. It takes like a day and a half to get a full charge, still a must buy though.

These external batteries only last for about 3 -4 weeks before they can't hold a charge anymore. I bought several of these for a five week vacation across Europe and the two we've been using (we havent used the others yet) have stopped charging or charging our phones. When plugging them in our phones have said "slow charging" and "make sure your cable or the battery isn't damaged" and yes, we've tried them with multiple different cables. Their troubleshooting support tips didn't work with our batteries either. The return window is just long enough for the batteries to stop working, so we can't send them back for repairs or exchange. I'd go with another external batteries since they're so many different ones on the market.
