I really wanted this thing to work. Saw all the good reviews. Maybe I'm missing something here. I watched the video, and I varied the tension setting. Tried both with a piece of light felt and medium weight fabric. Never would it create a chain stitch coming off the end of the fabric. Never. And the moving feet won't allow the fabric to disengage with the presser foot so as you come of the fabric when finished, it gets stuck, and there's no way for that extra chain stitching of what's shown on the video. Just leaves me with broken thread when trying to come off the end of the fabric. Totally frustrating. How do I contact the company to ask for help? If no one reaches out to assist, then I'm returning it this week!

My wife love this sewing machine. She never used a sewing machine before but it's easy to use and works great. We bought it because baby is growing fast so tried to save a money and want to make own baby outfits by herself. If she's doing good at sewing and then we will get a little bit bigger one.

Hard to get it going correctly. Had adjusted thread tension, needle positioning and I'll get most of the sewing done but it doesn't double stitch past the material that it reveals apart before I can secure the sewing. Good only for quick hemming.

Machine is a piece of crap. Should have known when it says "AS SEEN ON TV" on the box. The needle holder is not open on the top as in the video so it's impossible to tell if the needle is at the correct length. Tried many different settings and many different tension settings but nothing works. Directions are a piece of paper with 6 pictures on it. No written explanation of parts especially the 3 inch plastic tube. What is that for? Save your money and buy a Singer.

The machine is easy to use and portable. I can carry it with me and make it my little doll whenever I have time. It also has a lot of gadgets. It's very sweet.

Does what promises...but a little complicated to use for those who never sew before...the manual could be better.

Every single thing I tried to used it for was a disaster. It wouldn't move most of the time. When it would finally grab and stich a little, it would skip and leave large pieces not sewn. Useless, totally useless. I would give it a zero if that was an option.

It is so bad choosing , it don’t useful jut lost money

This sewing machine does not come with 15 accessories it only comes with what is written on the box.You can buy the same one for cheaper.Don't get caught with this scam.
