OMG!!! so this same item is being sold by several other vendors on Amazon (looks exactly the same and same company/brand name on the top of the item). Other vendors/sellers are very responsive to questions but this seller is giving 5% off. So since it is an expensive product, I thought I will go with this seller. They did not reply to my question asking if this product has infrared along with red, blue and yellow. Not much description either. And the little paper they included in the box is full of errors and overall just a shoddy job with people thinking they can become millionaires off of selling on amazon without any integrity. Overall, I am not crazy about the product, so I decided to return it but try it one time last night when I received it. Used the red light and put it back in my box. This morning I tried to turn it on, it would not turn on!!! After ONE USE!!! I tried different outlets, different setting, checked all the connections and wires and plugs. just would not turn on! What a scam!!! So glad I decided to return it already. Hate all these money hungry sellers on Amazon.

I can tell the difference after using it the next day. My skin looks more glowy and better. I also use it on my shoulder or tummy and it helps to relieve the pain and make me in a better mood to sleep.

It arrived January 24 and stop workin March 08I want my money back
