Okay this is amazing!! It’s juicy and the taste is sweet and salty I can see why they recommend it over rice. Will buy again !

I’m a 25 yr old girl who is not of this ethnicity at all. A friend of mine who was Vietnamese used to make this for me at her house, I went hunting this stuff down cause I missed how good it was with rice and soy sauce. Simple yet amazing!!! Love it it’s delicious.

Added to rice cooker before cooking. Good flavor and texture. A bit sweet but added a nice flavor to the rice. Fat percentage replaced the need of butter/oil in rice. Unique flavor that was enjoyable in plain rice. Will try again with different recipes.

My folks would treat us kids with this Chinese sausage from time to time, and it's delicious. For decades I couldn't find it, then I tripped over it here at Amazon and went bananas! It's the same sweet sausage we gobbled up when we were little. Thank the gods for Amazon-- where we can find nearly everything in the world at our fingertips, at this unbelievably unique general store.
