Disappointed
My white blood cell count has been low throughout my chemo. I bought Mel Life chemo support, although ultra expensive for a honey, because of claims it would keep white blood cell counts from dropping. I read a review that it had raised someone's wbc considerably. After 3 weeks use which is almost 2 jars, there has been no change to my counts; they are even lower than before I started using the honey. I am very disappointed in this product.

I like the product, not totally sure it works
I like the idea of this product and have invested in it by purchasing around 8-10 bottles of this very expensive honey. My young son is battling non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and I desperately wanted to do all I could to help him through this intense chemo treatment. I have used the honey exactly as specified, and yet, he has ended up in the hospital several times with neutropenia (extremely low blood counts). This is very common with children going through this protocol. And, from what the doctors say, he is doing as well or better than most of the other patients being treated with his disease. Perhaps this honey helped, it surely did not hurt. But it is very expensive and I am not sure it is a magic bullet. That all said, I have continued to use it as one more tool to help my son get through it all.
