I rescue death-row dogs from the shelter. I find homes for all my rescue dogs. I will never allow a dog to be adopted without being micro-chipped first. These micro-chips are very affordable and very easy to inject. I always keep extra micro-chips on hand.

Our vet used this to microchip our dog. It was ready to insert and preloaded in the syringe. Very convenient and cost effective way to microchip a pet.

As a veterinary professional, I apply microchips at the clinic all the time and I do have to say that at first I thought they weren't going to work due to the low price per unit but I came here to say they absolutely work! Today my ferret was found because of this microchip and the size was perfect!

These scan well, and seem to last well. I use a free registry and can preregister the chips to our rescue. The only reason that it’s 4 stars rather than 5 is because the needles are not very sharp. When the vets insert the chips during surgery it isn’t such a big deal. But for a cat that comes into rescue already fixed, and has to be chipped while awake, it takes the vet a lot of pushing and straining to get the needle into the cat so the chip can be inserted.

This cost me less than the price to have my vet chip one pet. Watch some videos if you’re unsure, I used this pack for 2 med/lg dogs and 2 cats. Perfect value, the vet verified that they were in place and activated. It was easy after I got over my nerves. I’ll definitely by chipping my pets at home from now on

I got the 5 pack for my 3 dogs. I didn't need to use the other two as I got all 3 inserted on the first try. The needle looks big, but my dogs barely reacted to insertion. I watched the Revival Animal Health video on how to insert microchips on YouTube and followed their directions. It was shockingly easy. The 2.12x12 mm microchip is recommended for all pets including cats, small dogs and puppies as it more easily picks up on scanners through the thick skin and fur than the smaller microchips and is less likely to migrate from its insertion point. I bought another brand's microchip scanner to verify functionality and all 5 chips pulled up on the scanner. The 3 I inserted also had no problems scanning after insertion.
