I did a fair bit of research on the quality and ingredients of vitamin C supplements, this looks good!

This is a fairly basic vitamin C supplement. It is only 250mg which, although above the RDA, is still quite low if you are serious about caring for your immune system. It comes in the form of slightly smaller than normal sized capsules that are very easy to swallow with water. It is also relatively inexpensive at just under £8 for two months' supply. But when you compare it to other brands, you can get much more for your money in terms of both strength and numbers if you do your homework first.

I always think vitamin c tablets are a must have as your body dosnt store vitamin c and these tablets are easy to swallow and price wise they are good value for money.

It comes is a nice easy to carry around bix pills are proper size to swallow and it has daily recommended portion of Vitamin C , excellent for healthy immune function and good value compared to other alternatives.I recommend it to every one.
