Not as absorbent as I expected.
I got these to use with the Paw Legend Belly Wraps at night when my dog doesn't have access to frequent trips outside. These aren't as absorbent as I had hoped and I find that I need to use 2 of them at night. In the morning both pads and the belly band are soaked. They also don't wick away moisture as well as I hoped, although my dog hasn't yet gotten a rash from urine. The pads do seem to get fluffier and more absorbent after a few washes. Do NOT add fabric softener as this will reduce absorbency. I use these inside of the Paw Legend belly bands which I gave a 5 star review. Please note that my dog has kidney disease and as a result drinks huge amounts of water and therefore urinates huge amounts. For a dog that is being house trained or is simply incontinent, doubling up on the pads may not be necessary. Even though I only gave these pads a mediocre review I find myself needing to place another order because I need to use 2 at a time, and I can't find anything better with the possible exception of disposables, which at the rate I would use them would be prohibitively expensive.

Washed for nearly two years and still working well
Ordered these nearly two years ago when we first adopted our dog. He may never be completely housebroken, and these solve the problem. I rinse them (with the belly bands) in a mild soap and bleach solution. The black bands do not fade with the bleach. Just need a small amount of bleach to remove the odor. Always dry on lowest heat possible as it is nicer to the fabric. I keep the diapers and liners in a small simple human trash can and wash weekly. Spray the inside of the plastic trash can liner with angry orange pet odor deodorizer and the plastic liner will last much longer. I walk our dog about an hour before bedtime and he rarely has anything in the pad in the morning. I have a small Coton/Bichon mix who weighs about 14 lbs. He will likely always wear these indoors as his habit of marking doesn't seem to be going away. He was a return to the breeder and is getting better bit by bit. These diapers keep me happy because it is much easier to keep them on him when he is indoors...than it would be to give him up or worry about where he is marking when I am not watching him. Highly recommend the Paw Legend products.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! QUALITY OF THESE CLOTH DOG LINERS ARE HORRIBLE!!
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Quality of these cloth dog liners are horrible! I'm extremely unhappy and very disappointed in these cloth dog diaper "liners" after washing them. Let me start to explain they arrived today Sunday September 27, 2020 I was excited as my 15yr 3mo old, 80lb senior fur-child has been wearing their diapers for just the past week and I am very happy with them (the cloth diapers) so I decided to get my fur-child the liners to help just incase he needs the extra support overnight. Now this afternoon when I removed the liners from the clear plastic bag they had the worst horrible chemical smell i can compare it to the smell of automotive oil. I washed them all immediately with Tide on delicate cycle, no fabric softener, no scent beads ...just detergent and i let them soak for 30 minutes when i removed them from washer i had again to immediately re-wash the liners as they still had that smell not as strong. So once again I washed them the same way and soaked the same. When done they smelled more like Tide so i was happy....TILL.... they came out of the dryer I have brand new high dollar machines well the sellers directions that came with the liners said they can be dryed in dryer on low cycle i actually dried them on extra extra low, for only 15 minutes and when I removed them out from the dryer ever single one of them are fraying and falling apart in one part or another and its ONLY day one and they have never been worn by my fur-child, these will not stand up at all . Again I was so happy with there product of XXL cloth diapers for my senior fur-son and I truly thought I would get the same quality product from this company, OH boy was I wrong! The quality of these liners are the absolute worst they can't even withstand the 1st wash.... and these are definitely NOT worth the money. From a extremely unhappy and very dissatisfied consumer.

but they ended up working perfect for my little guy 10Lb Yorkie Terrier
I was expecting these pads to be a lot thicker & more cushion; but they ended up working perfect for my little guy 10Lb Yorkie Terrier. What I decided to do was to fold it in half & put the pad with THE ROUND CORNERS FACING DOWNWARDS, so the seem from the pad won't bother his skin leaving rashes right on his groin-they are also very absorbent. Now, since I've been folding it & he sometimes pees on it very, very little, with incontinence, I just flip it over, so he can use it twice-that way momma doesn't run out of them. I ordered three packs, so I don't have to worry washing them everyday. I just spray them with stain remover Shout spray & just toss them in a small, new clean bucket, assigned for just his pads, & wash them later. I also put a couple of mini feminine pads on his wrap to prevent it from getting wet when he really pees a lot-that works great, too, since a lot of times it saves me time washing those male wrappings. These pads are saving me time & money since I am no longer buying toilet paper for him. He only needs the toilet paper every time he goes out side to pee. I gently wash his pee pee & belly with waterless shampoo, (Wahl, oatmeal formula) using toilet paper & let it air dry for a bit before putting his wrapping back on. I'm very pleased with the fast delivery.

not worth the money
I bought it because of the good reviews, but I'm completly dissapointed. When the diapers arrived I handwashed and let them dry in the room.Using them the first time on my dogs I realized that they kept moving arround in their diapers. Ok that is a small problem, but when I handwashed them the second time they started literally falling apart and I had to throw them in the trash. And just for the record: I handwashed them in my sink with handwarm water and wool detergent - I did not put them in the washing machine nor dryer.A product like this should survive machine wash and a dryer - but this one didn't even survive a second handwash.Fazit from me: waste of money
