This was amazing. My older car had a musty moldy smell. I left these in an open plastic container and after several weeks they were full of water! My car no longer smells!

I have an average 75% percent humidity in my house, and I really need humidity controls in my closets. I’ve had mold problems multiple times. And I purchased these to help mitigate the problem. Over the last month I have been using this product, I’ve had great results so far. With my application a 10.5 oz bucket of DampRid last about 1 month before liquefying. I checked the results with a humidity meter and it came out great. The bucket needs to be put on a plate because, as the product dries, it leaves a slightly greasy film on the outside of the bucket. I would have like to recycled the bucket for other uses, but grease film is too sticky.Pros:1) Easy to use2) Removes moistures effectively3) No scent4) Keeps closets freshCons:1) Wish it lasted longer (for high humidity environments)2) Leaves a greasy film on outside of bucket

Excellent product for any area that has moisture. Holds a good amount of water and easy to dispose. I recommend buying the individual cups. Toss when full and buy again. If you use the refill bag-beware it's very messy. My preference is fragrance free.

Before I ordered this I read reviews and a lot of them said that the crystals just sticked together and didn’t melt. I ordered it anyway to try it out. It did stick together for the first few weeks but I just left it alone and after another few weeks they finally dissolved. Have some patience and they will dissolve. This is in our bedroom I’m not sure of the exact size but it is fairly big (the master bedroom of a 2-bed apartment), it did absorb moisture and decreased the mold/mildew smell from our room. Our apartment unit is under some dirt so it’s moist here all the time and there is mold every time. We always repaint the walls with mold paint every year during spring or summer (we live in WA). The scent of the product is okay though, it’s not strong. Make sure to paint your walls with thick anti-mold paint to completely get rid of the mold and mold smell though. But the product does a great job with absorbing, just have patience.This is not a paid review.

This stuff works so well. Easy to use and prevents mold in our bathroom. We don't have any type of ventilation in our bathroom so mold forms quickly when we don't use this.

These will probably work as well as the bags, however, when I received them the box had been turned upside down and put in a second box. There is an oily substance in each container and even though sealed they leaked all over the inside box.

Great product

Living in a high humidity area, damp rid is essential to keeping mold, etc at bay.

DampRid has prevented overgrowth of moulds in the bedroom, closet, toilet, laundry area, kitchen in the apartment. We will never be without it again.

I put 3 of these on my sailboat over the last 2 winters and they collected a fair amount of water from the air even with my boat well wrapped for the winter in Ontario.Subsequently, I have purchased replacement desiccant in bulk and continue to use these containers by filling them as per the originals, with great results.

After months of rainfall and moulds , it helps to keep the moisture out of the air avoiding to accumulate more moulds
