These sturdy moving boxes are identical to the Bankers Box brand except in name and color. They are assembled the very same way--without the use of tape--and offer the same reliability and durability at a slightly lesser price point. They are able to hold enough weight for an average person to lift and carry which is about 30-40 pounds, and the built-in handles facilitate ease of carrying. The lids snugly fit, and the boxes are stackable 4-5 boxes high, perhaps more. Overall great value for the money.

I used these boxes for not one, two, but three moves in the last 5 years. They are real workhorses and easy to assemble. I love the handles, and having an actual cover makes them really helpful for storage as well as moving. You don't need a lot of packing tape. I just added some over the cover, but not on the base. I chose Medium as it was easier for me to pack and move around before moving day. I would use again, although I'm hoping this is the last move for me!

Easy to put together and sturdy.

The lid design for these boxes is good for packing items that you might have to take out again and use. It might also be great for a short-distance move where you good could go back and forth with a few boxes. However, for cross-country moves, there are some disadvantages to these. The handle/lid area isn't much more durable than your average moving box, and can absolutely crumple from not being totally full while being stacked. I've had a few of the handles tear apart in more fully loaded boxes. (This can happen to a conventional box too, but I paid much less for those.) All in all, these boxes can be convenient in some cases, but I'd rather scavenge boxes from the recycling center for most of the packing.

Good quality, easily assembled

It may take a minute to figure out how to assemble these but it is really about 15 seconds per full box and lid. And then you have a huge and really sturdy box that will hold more than you think! I have two sets and used all 20. I have moved more times than you would ever believe and that includes two countries and these are the very best boxes...no, helped made of cardboard, I have ever used in my life! I have stacked the heaviest on top and absolutely no flattening below. Have stacked them crookedly and have no issues. I have done many things to these boxes and they have held up to every test. And tests they were! You obviously know stacking loaded cardboard boxes is an art that must be carefully and intelligently done, right? I thought so! Whew! For moving, storage, fortresses for rats, well...the toothless ones because they would just chomp away, now wouldn't they!?! They will hold so much so well it is terrific. Clothing, electronics, wigs, art, art supplies, crafts, shoes, food, garden gnomes, forest pixies -- open handles are helpful -- anything you think can and should go in a box for a short time or forever, will be happy and safe in these. Well, garden gnomes and forest pixes can talk, as cap paintings with mouths, but there rest, well, just trust the boxes. They came in mint condition, both sets of 10, and I could not be happier! Well, if there were money and jewels in them I might be.

These boxes are great for fitting into a wagon cart for moving. They are also very strong and can handle lots of weight and are very easy to put together. You can also use them for general storage. If using them for moving then I recommend ordering more than what you think, cause I ran out and didn't have time to order more.
