To start with, $2000 tool should be built with better materials. Bought it a little over then 2 years ago. Used maybe 4 times. Always kept in a nice tool box secured in the foam with another levels and measure tools. First, the battery cover cracked and didn’t close. Not an issue as I could use a power bank. Today was going to use it again and found the plastic around all 4 corners is cracked and falling a parts!!! Complete junk! Be aware and stay away!!

I purchased this item on the recommendation from Hurco. It was mainly for leveling the 5 axis equipment. What I found is I use it for every leveling process we perform regardless of the application.The Bluetooth feature is the best. You can set and calibrate the level in one single spot and it will give you X and Y real time feedback to your laptop. This is great on large machines. You can make a leveling screw adjustment while being on the floor behind the machine and if you have your computer or Android device you can see it as you make the adjustment.This level will cut a leveling process by 75% no joke!It is the best purchase I have ever made for our service department.

This bit of kit is excellent, it’s not cheap but I think it’s worth it. I install German Woodworking plant , cnc routers, beam saws etc and have used it for 3 weeks now it saves lots of time and energy you can lie under the machine and view your IPad as you level ,also to absolute level to calibrate it is so quick and simple.The save data section is good as well , save your readings as excell and then put them into a commissioning report, looks good and shows your on top of the job, no questions later if you levelled the machine accurately enough.
