Awesome Product
I started consuming these chia seeds about 6 weeks ago after being informed my bp was very high. I chose this product to replace a high calorie and sodium breakfast. I poured oat milk over 1/4 c of chia seeds, add 2 tbsps of low fat Greek yogurt and a 2tsp of local honey and my choice of fruits(blueberries, strawberries). I lost 7 lbs and lowered my bp in 2 weeks with prescriptions med. Product arrived intact and fresh. Just order again!

Good value high quality organic chia seeds
High quality and great value with these organic chia seeds. Chia seeds add so much nutritional power to the diet. Have you ever looked up the detailed nutrition facts on chia seeds? It's amazing. Mind as well plant the left over seeds to make some beautiful oxygen boosting plants, pretty flowers and even the chia seed leaves have health boosting powers.
