they work wonderfully, I don't even know who could have a complaint about them. They're the perfect size for a cup of coffee or cappuccino. They won't technically work for an espresso though, but I mean they could if you don't mind a large mug. But they are are a nice size, right below a standard size 8 oz mug. It doesn't feel much smaller either. I think they're fantastic, and they keep my drink warm, and the glass seems nice enough as to where they should last a long time. People have to understand that these double insulated glasses they do break fairly easily. But with any glass, accidents happen. Treat them as if you would treat something delicate. It's not that difficult. Don't put them in your dishwasher, hand wash them and they will last for years as long as you don't drop them. But that goes for any glass. Just be mindful of your belongings. There are six of them here in this set, so even if you drop one it's not going to be the end of the world. And for the price, I absolutely have no complaints. The glasses are fantastic they look stylish, and they look beautiful next to my coffee bar

The mugs arrived in two days. They are big enough for beer, late, or for dining table setting, but I bought them for tea because I like to see the color, which helps me gauge its brewing time. The cups can tolerate boiling water pour into them, and I dropped one of them on my stone counter when unpacking, and it didn't break! I am so impressed by the elegance of the thin, yet durable glass and its classic no-frill design that I ordered a second set before writing this review because this item will not last at this price($16.99).Finally, the cups came in a foam-lined box. There were no styrofoams, and no extra packaging or box, just the product box.So, after my second set arrives, I can donate my clunky 12-oz Libby glass cups.

These mugs are perfect! I have tendonitis I need a very light cup. I have double pane coffee cups they weigh in at 9.6 Oz too heavy after filling the cup with coffee. I like a large cup for my coffee cup at least 14 oz. This cup weighs in at 6.2 oz I couldn't be more pleased with this purchase plus very affordable for six cups. I need to have spare cups as I have a tendency to drop things. I will order again in the future.

These cups are good quality at a great price. I use them for both tea and coffee. The larger capacity of these cups are nice. The reason for 4 stars is due to damage with the initial shipment. The replacement shipment came with no damage and I haven’t had any issues with them since.

Love the cups themselves, stay cool on the outside even with hot espresso inside. One cup came with a crack in the outer layer, aside from that I would have given 5 stars. When I looked at the options for replacement, I would have had to ship back all the cups. I did not pursue it any further.

Truly meet my expectations. They are perfect for cappuccinos, lattes or just regular Coffee. Microwave and dishwasher safe. I do recommend them.

These cups break very easily. They are hollow to the touch, can’t compare them to bodum. If your looking for cheap cups, keep in mind they won’t last. Had an issue, 2 cracked cups upon arrival took 3 times to contact the seller to get a resolution.

I like the size of mugs but they are very delicate which might break easily. I use this mugs for making espresso, latte & cappuccino.
