I’m going to be really honest ... I was skeptical at first . Thinking that this book would just have the things that i already knew and/or were obvious.I am so glad that I was totally wrong ( probably the only time I’m happy to be wrong ) 😁THIS BOOK WAS A PLEASURE TO READ!!! I literally couldn’t put it down and ended up being late because I didn’t want to keep doing my makeup but rather just sit and read this really insightful and interesting book.Being a first time SAHM , I was feeling really nervous about getting back out in the work field. I absolutely am feeling so much more confident and ready to go on interviews . I cannot wait to use the things I read in this book at my next interview.

I wish I had this book all along. Throughout my career, I intuitively used some of the described techniques, but most are quite an eye opener. I always thought NLP is hard to learn - but the book the author describes it is totally manageable. Another thing I like about the book is how concise it is. I made it through in under an hour. My favorite technique is the salary negotiation.I recommend this book to anyone who is looking for a job.

This book easy to read and understand. Techniques shown in the book can be used not only in interviews but also in everyday life. Love the book. Will test the techniques next week. Fingers crossed.

Nice preparation techniques, focusing on the subconscious and implicit; also some very good tips on negotiating compensation after receiving the offer.

"Dominate Your Job Interview" is a collection of ideas how to prepare to the interview, behave at it, and follow up. While numerous books are written on the subject, they tend to be lengthy and advice trivial. This book is brief and very practical. Some ideas can be traced to classics like Dale Carnegie, some are known in the field of industrial psychology. But nobody so far put it together to clearly and to the point. The ideas listed may be used beyond formal job interviews, but in other situations when you want to produce a favorable impression, such as a first date, a visit to future in-laws, meeting with a new client etc. Eventually the substance will take over, but the first impression may be critically important.Must read for all job candidates.

This book defines effective behaviors and ways of communication in interview process using precise and clear language. I have conducted hundreds of interviews in technology companies and wish that candidates studied this book before talking to me. My favorites techniques are "Collect Intel" and "Don't Lie". Preparing for interview pays off in years of happy employment, so if you are looking for a job - please study this book and get ahead of the curve.
