NEWKEY LED MASK

Product really works! I’ve only been using it for about a week once a day and have already noticed my acne scars diminishing and my pores shrinking. My skin looks and feels firmer! It has also helped to reduce the oil on my face fairly quickly! My favorite combination is 10 min of Red, 10 min of Green, 5 min of Yellow, and 5 min of Purple! The only down side to this is how heavy the mask is on your face. It puts a lot of pressure on the top of your nose and the stands included don’t help much. My advice is to use a long flat pillow and curl both ends up so that your head rests between them. This way the pillow holds the mask for you!

Mask seems to work, however it is heavy and you must lie down. This is ok but the mask is still too heavy so the manufacturer provided some plastic stands that attach to the sides of the mask. These stand attempt to hold the some (but not all) of the weight off your face. The stands are cheap and the design is poor and mine are now broken- see pics. The company should have designed the mask with pads that keep it comfortably off your face. Update, The company sent me new set of stands that will hopefully last longer than the old set. I'm adding a star to 4 stars due to good customer service, but leaving off one star due to design. I will attempt to fashion some small foam pads to keep the mask off my face, when the stands break in the future.

I am in my mid forties and at this point in life have a lot of scars on my face. I have discoloration from years of enjoying the sun and from the hormonal changes that come from having children :). I do have wrinkles but I’ve earned them. I also recently had skin cancer and care more about trying to improve my health than looking better. There are a lot of treatments out there, but not all of them seem like healthy alternatives. Light therapy is proven to have beneficial and healthy results so really the review is about how this device delivers that. I ordered 3 different devices from amazon. All 3 of them had English instructions that are still tricky to understand due to what I think are translation errors. That being said, it’s not rocket science figuring them out a bit. This face mask is the best of the 3 that I tried. The dermapeel photon device was twice the price and did not seem to be twice the quality at all. The other device I tried was on a stand but it was so top heavy it didn’t stay up & was just a pain. This mask look a bit weird and is much too large for my face, but I get that it’s “one size fits all”. The straps are adjustable, but the adjustments aren’t that helpful since the top strap is just way too big for my head :). I still think the mask is a better option because there’s nothing flashing in your eyes at all! It’s also very nice that it’s charged by usb & you don’t have o lay down by an outlet. It could possibly be hands free & allow you to do other things while your wearing it. I thought mine stopped working but I tried it a 2nd time & realized the usb cord doesn’t fit tight & it falls out, shutting it off a few min after it starts. I wasn’t moving around, so it could just be that mine needs a different chord. I’m going to see if they can send me a new chord because I do think this could be the best choice for me if it worked like it’s supposed to. The mask seems heavy if your lying down, but I think if I can use it sitting up & not worry about the chord coming out it won’t be a problem. I’ll reach out to the company and update the review....

This new mask that I got is a great addition to my skincare routine. It's very easy to use. There are 3 different modes that the mask has that performs 3 different functions. The red light gets rid of wrinkles, the blue light gets rid of acne, and the yellow light promotes blood circulation. All of these functions can be done within 20 minutes. The mask is also very good because I can move around while using it and it doesn't impede my vision. Overall, I am very pleased with the results.

Really works, was pleasantly surprised. Only using the 3 power setting on my fair skin, Red color, and seeing a great improvement in wrinkles. Wish I’d gotten years ago. Kinda heavy, but I lean back in my pillow. They need to give you hard rubber goggles with it, though (-1 Star). The soft goggles they gave me left me with blurry eyes. My goggles were about $4 on here. Love this:.

My experience with customer service was absolutely the best. My mask arrived in what appeared to be an opened box. I contacted NewKey in regards to the packaging and my concerns over the viability of the mask since it was opened. Much to my delight, the took my suggestion to enhance the packaging via more tape on the box. All the responses from NewKey were professional, quick, and they were anxious to be sure I was happy with my purchase. If you have questions or concerns dont be afraid to contact them.Onto the mask, I have only used it a few times for my roseacea, focusing on the blue/red/yellow lights. I can already see improvement. I am using the mask 10 -15 minutes daily. I can only imagine what regular use will bring me for benefits. Its a lot of money, but long term its cheaper than going to the doctors or spas for the same services. The mask is simple and easy to use. I make my sessions "spa like" turn on some Ocean waves background noise and those 15 minutes are often the best part of my otherwise hetic day.

The mask is still a bit heavy for me, but the new model can be worn or work casually, which is very convenient. I took nearly 2 weeks of red light, and there was no interruption every night for 15 minutes. It was obvious that the skin became white and bright, and the color was better than before. When I was plain, the whole skin looked younger than before, and it still had effect. I didn’t have acne. They are all using red light. At present, they are quite satisfied. I hope that the follow-up effect will still have a good effect.
