The Library of Piano Favorites

Loved the music book arrived as promised & in perfect condition. Very pleased!

I already have the  The Big Book of Classical Music  but I have some favorites that aren't there, like Claire de Lune, Liebestraume, etc. This book complements the Big Book, plus it has non-classical pieces too. Honestly, I've never played ragtime in my life but I'm open to learning it! I also like how the book was organized. If I'm in the mood for romantic classical only, then I don't need to even look at the index. Theyr'e all grouped in one section of the book. The spiral binding is also great.

Great selections, MOSTLY good arrangements. HOWEVER, these are NOT "piano" favorites. There are orchestra/chamber music selections transcribed and arranged, which is fine except they don't tell you where pieces come from OR opus numbers or anything like that. I use this with my more advanced students and I want them to be educated about music and where it comes from and be informed enough to know when something is a piano piece and when it is arranged FOR piano.

A very complete collection of the world best piano compositions. If you want to have a little of everything without investing a lot of money, this is it!Thank you.

I was a little disappointed because I have another book that has much of the same music as "Piano Favorites".However, these arrangements are a little more difficult so interesting and fun to play. A good variety.

Although I can not play every piece in this book, I find enough of it what I can.

Perfect I love this book . I ordered it even though it didn’t list the songs but it has all famous songs

The book contains a nice selection of classical music containing many popular songs. The songs range in difficulty from moderate to early advanced and there is a large selection of songs. It also comes spiral bound, which is great because the book stays open when I am using it.
