This headset is great quality and it has the best sound out of all the headsets i have tried (including my beats) the ear cushions and head cushions are soo comfortable i wouldn’t mind wearing it all day! Most of all i love that it’s compatible with both Xbox and ps4 so i don’t need two different headsets !! GREAT BUY !!!

Ok so I plan on being totally honest and will do a first day review and later a 6 month review unless they malfunction before hand and then I will edit and explain what and why it broke.12-01-19 - First day review:the sound quality honestly shocked me. most $20-+ headsets I've bought were okay but this one stands out. the sound was crystal clear and you can hear exactly where the source is located, which is useful in games like overwatch (calling out flanking dps and healing properly). As far as I have been told as far as the microphone, I have yet to receive s complaint, so I assume it's good. Physically, the headset is nice and snug and I presume it will eventually stretch out especially since I have a big head. This is the only minor complaint I have because the snugness presses against my piercings and its slightly uncomfortable. I have to keep readjusting in the meanwhile. Asides that, the headset looks very aesthetically pleasing and feels weighty, which to me feels like it will be a very durable headset compared to my previous ones. it has a thick braid which helps to prevent early fray and honestly it is thicker than my previous headsets as well. It comes with a headphone/microphone jack and usb for the lit up logo. So far my favorite headset, which beat my Siberia series headset.overall definitely recommending it so far. definitely worth the $20-+

The gaming headset is doing what it supposed to. It works fine. Sound is great and the mic is clear. For the price its a good head set.Update: 28 March - I had an issue with the headset that rendered it I unusable (cored frayed and broke) I contacted RUNMUS. A customer service representative immediately responded and said they would make it right. No hassle ad no fuss. As as Quality Assurance Specialist I understand the difficulties of providing a product that is defect free 100% of the time. I appreciate the company’s dedication to not only provide great product, but also outstanding customer service and support. Sometimes customer customer service makes all the difference. In my opinion, RUNMUS has customer service that is second to none.

This is falsely advertised as compatible with Xbox 1 and this is not true without an adaptor. I chose these headsets because it said Universal. The price is not competitive if it then have to go buy two adaptors to make these work. I would not recommend this for anyone with an Xbox one.

Summary:I'm not a hardcore audio person, so as a regular user (gaming, music, video chats) these are, in my opinion, fantastic. I have a large head/earlobes, and these are absolutely the most comfortable over-the-ear headphones I've ever owned, even after hours.My only complaint: The lighting is really cool, however the LEDs stay on as long as they're getting power from USB. This means that if your PC is asleep or otherwise the USB ports are active, the lights stay on. I fixed this easily by simply not plugging in the USB cable (which seems to only power the LEDs), but I wish there was a button on the headset itself to toggle it off so I didn't have to do that. This was also only an issue for me because my PC is in my bedroom, so any lights are distracting; if you have a dedicated space, probably doesn't matter.Pros:- Comfortable headstrap and earpieces- Great sound direction. When I first got these, I kept having to take them off because I thought in-game noises were happening in real life behind me, so the quality and audio direction is clearly there- Price is great for the quality- Very sturdy, thick plastic. These won't bend or break easily- Adjustable mic, and mic quality is phenomenalCons:- LEDs stay on as long as USB is powered. This can be mitigated by unplugging USB, but I wish there was an on-unit toggle switch- The mic is adjustable by a flexible stem, but it's not 100% stiff so sometimes the mic falls down towards the mouth. Really only an issue if you're headbanging or something, but adding it as a possible annoyance to someOverall, would definitely recommend these for casual folks or those who just want a decent price pair of headphones for a decent price.

Ok, so i bought this back in october but just unwrapped it as my gift from "santa".Pulling it out of the package, this headset is GORGEOUS! I love red and black so it was right up my alley. The cushions are huge on both the ears and the band. I haven't gotten to put in hours on a raid yet, but i think these would be comfortable through out. My turtle beach headset used to hurt my ears after awhile, but the padding on these are much thicker. I think it cancels noise better because of the thicker cushions as well.Audio: I had a pair of turtle beach's that just had a bad encounter with my kid. RIP. But these are every bit as clear. The surround sound works great with games like alien isolation where you have to hear how far things are and in what direction.Mic: the mic isn't as sensitive as the turtle beach set i had. This can be a good thing, or a bad thing depending on what you like. My boyfriend and i often play single player games, but the other would sit and watch and join in the conversation, I think the one not playing would have to speak up more to be heard, but if you have annoying siblings, or moms yelling in the background, this would be a hood thing for you.The cord is very long. Around 6ft. It comes with a regular headphone cable, a USB plug and a dongle that attaches to the end of the headphone tip to split it for mic/headphone on PCs.All in all I'm very satisfied especially with the price. This quality for this price is fantastic, i dont know that i will ever go back to the other brand tbh.

They are the comfiest headphones for long time use, perfect for teens and their gaming.

Great headphones. Really comfortable and good sound quality. You can’t fold the microphone up when not using which is probably not an issue for most but is not ideal for my autistic child as it’s been bent out of shape through constant fiddling.
