San Jamar Pull-Type Cup Dispenser 12-24 Oz. Cups for Restaurants, Home, and Office, Plastic, 23.5 Inches, Silver

I have two of these in my kitchen.... one for 20 oz hot cups and one for 12 oz cups. They are beautiful stainless steel and make a nice addition to the kitchen. Everyone who sees them comments favorably. They coordinate well with my stainless steel appliances.These dispensers are easy to install and filling them is easy as well. There is an adjustable ring that allows for different sized cups to be put in the dispenser. If I could take off a half a star it would be for this adjusting ring. It works for holding the different sizes but often times it dispenses two cups at once. If you try to tighten it then it doesn't necessarily dispense as well. Still, this is a minor issue compared to how good this product is in every other way.BOTTOM LINE: definitely a good looking and sturdy dispenser for a variety of cup sizes. A nice addition to the kitchen.

Got a couple of these for our ice cream trailer, 2 different size cups. Works awesome! Every once in a while you pull 2 cups instead of one but thats a non issue.

Received this product after trying 3 others that would not fit a 16oz party cup for my camper. The install took about 5 minutes. There is 2 tabs that need to be screwed into the wall and that is all the install needed. The bottom is adjustable to fit the size cup you need. Should we decide to use this for a different cup later it's just a matter of taking it off the wall and adjusting one screw and that's it. Makes life alot easier and clears up space in the counters. This is a commercial grade product so it is a bit more expensive than I preferred. however the value is still there for home use in my opinion.

This is an amazing cup holder for any kitchen or refreshments station. What is best, is that this product helps to promotes a safe and a healthy environment for a any business or home. I read a few negative comments about cups falling but this product has the ability to adjust and hold 12 to 24 oz cups. I encourage prospective buyers to buy the right size cups and no less than 12 oz.I highly!! Recomend this product.

Ordered to hold those popular red cups from that membership store and they mostly fit. The dispenser is easily adjusted for cup size and with it all the way open it hold the red cups pretty well. They do hang once in a while and it takes a pretty strong pull to get them to release but that is the fault of the large lip on the cup more than the dispenser.Installed next to a basement fridge and it has been fantastic; holds tons of low cost cups and keeps them all dust free. Built like a tank for commercial use so in my installation it will outlast me.

Works well, easy to adjust, and simple mounting. Ordered 2 different sizes of this to accommodate our 2 serving sizes. Though if I just mount the brackets to the wall at the same height, the dispensers would end up at the same height. Think again. The mounting slots on the back of the dispensers are different widths, meaning that the larger dispenser sits lower when mounted to the bracket. Once I got them level, they look good, but are a little pricey, but not much else out there to compare it to. Only other glitch for me is that the cups don't tend to come out individually, but in twos or threes. Overall decent, quality product.

The design and performance is excellent, for the cups that fit it.Sadly this dispenser model does not accommodate 18 oz red cups nowadays. Those cups have a 4 inch lip diameter, including Solo Squared, and the red cups from Sams/Costco/BJs. The San Jamar Web site specifications for this C3400P model give the maximum cup diameter that will fit the dispenser as 3-7/8 inches, so I am not faulting the dispenser itself. Red cups used to be that 3-7/8 inch diameter, but in recent years the cup manufacturers seem to have all changed to a 4-inch diameter. That extra 1/8 inch keeps this dispenser's cup-clutching mechanism from working. The cups will fit down the stainless tube, but the feed mechanism is narrower and the 4-inch cups won't feed through smoothly and singly. This is frustrating because I can't find any other dispenser that fits, not from San Jamar, or any other make. The Web site for Solo doesn't show that they make a dispenser for their own 18 oz cups!Again, no criticism of this dispenser itself, which is an excellent product if you want to use cups that fit it.

We tried two different size cups and both didn't work. Every time you pull a cup out, several cups came out. Tried tightening it per the directions, still pulled multiple cups. Returned.
