A Blueprint for Running Your Managed Services Practice on a Shoestring budget: Better, Cheaper and for more Profit Paperback – September 5, 2011

This books claims in the title how to do MSP on a shoestring budget, but what the author fails to mention is that his shoestring is apparently much bigger than most. His solutions will cost you thousands to start and there is nothing in the book that you can't find elsewhere for free.

I read the book not once but three times. IT is the only one on the topic without fluff and irrelevant explanations. He provides names of current products and a total working model of his own ISP in the examples. I have rad Erick Simpson and Karl Palachuk and as useful as their insights are, the are somewhat abstract whereas Arno walks the reader through the how-to of products, processes and people.If you're thinking of starting a business and you have literally a shoestring budget, you need to re-evaluate your priorities.Love this book and would've given it six stars!!!
