The hole in my sink is 29mm in diameter. What's the diameter of the piece that goes through the sink's hole? I hope it makes sense.

The connection of our tap is Φ32mm. We will suggest the hole of the sink for the tap is Φ35~38mm. We are afraid that Φ29mm will not fit.

No rubber washers were provided. What sizes do I need to get to fit above and below basin?

Washers were provided with my order, so it would appear that your order is incomplete - return for a refund. I don't actually know the diameters.

Basin mixer tap suitable for 6ft water head - 0.2bar, 3psig please

I live in a bungalow so my head of pressure should be similar to yours. Before changing to these taps, my taps were individually fed by a 15mm pipe and the pressure was good. After I fitted the new taps with the flexible tails provided, the pressure fell to a trickle. I then replaced the aerator which improved the flow to an acceptable level, whilst still being less than with the original taps. I might replace the flexible tails to ones having a wider diameter. Overall I cannot recommend these taps.
