The vibration part didn't last very lon before it shocked. Also if your dog is overweight or has a thick coat I wouldn't recommend. The prongs are too short and doesn't pick up the way it would if your dog has fine or short fur.

My dog barks at everything and everyone. I put the collar on at the "sound alert and mild electric stimulation" setting. Within the first few bark sessions, it seemed to have trained her. She barely barks anymore. We adjusted it to just the "sound alert" setting. Now if she does, the sound is enough to quiet her.

I have to return the collar. Our dog is 20 lbs and has a fat neck and it is as tight as it can get. By the picture provided, you can see how loose it still is.

The product doesn't work consistently, so there is no way the dog can be trained not to bark. I'm going to be getting a refund.

Only a 4 because it hasn't quite curbed my dogs barking. It does what it says. I think it's a little difficult to change settings but once set up it does what it says and that is to stop the dog from barking at the time she's wearing it. For the price you can't go wrong. Be sure to watch the video they suggest. It made all the difference in the world when trying to set it up.
