Our D&D group is a bunch of ADHD squirrels trying to play a game that requires us to focus and pay attention. As you may guess, this leads to side conversations and tangents that are not needed. So as one of the offending squirrels, I ordered the bell for our DM to let us know when we were getting too far off topic. So far it has worked like a charm. She is soft spoken and it has been helpful with herding us.

I bought these to use as an occasional background sound by tapping on them with my foot while playing a musical instrument.

I was purchasing this bell for my work. I work at a small town grocery store and I wanted a bell customers could ring that I could hear while working on the other side of the store, while working near the noise of running refrigerators and freezers. While this bell does appear to be sturdy and does seem to have a good ring, I did not find it to be loud enough with just a simple tap. Customers, not wanting to be obnoxious, did not ring it really hard, and the ring it then gave was too quiet to hear with all the other noise of the cooling equipment nearby. The noise level was not quite loud enough for what I was looking for. But, I did give one of the bells to my cousin who works in an elementry classroom - we thought it will work well there. It seems to be a nice bell, just not quite what I am seeking for.

We used these to play a home version of “Family Feud”. They were perfect.

It's a standard bell, we used it for trivia and it did perfectly. Nice that you get 2 as well!

Dog learned quickly. Started by just slapping it and it slid and rang. Now he knows to tap it. Worked perfect and is sturdy for what I need. The Two pack will be handy, if I decide to let him some other form of access.

The striker on the inside of the bell is made up of 2-pieces of metal that are poorly connected.Find a bell where the striker is made of 1-piece of metal and it’ll last you a lot longer.The one I bought to replace this bell is louder as well.
