Regular toothbrushes are a little bit too big for tongue cleaning but this one is perfect size. It's flat and you can really do a good job with it. I also recommend the toothpaste by the same brand. I found that it's much easier to clean than regular toothpaste, so it's made specifically for the toothbrush.You do need to clean your tongue for a complete mouth and tooth cleaning job.It helps with fresh breath in the morning, and there are also a lot of bacteria from your stomach that cross up and also lives on your tongue that gets transmitted to the teeth during the night it seems. Your tongue might be resting against your teeth, that's what I noticed anyway.So cleaning your tongue really helps out with overall dental health.

I saw these in my mom's bathroom and she wouldn't stop talking about how clean it makes me tongue feel. I had to order it for myself to test it out-- and let me tell you that this is now a staple in my dental hygiene! My mouth feels so fresh and my tongue so clean after using this! I got a metal tongue scraper before this one and it made my tongue bleed and gave me painful sores all over it. This is gentle enough to not do that and yet still give you a super clean tongue. And I love the cute little cover that comes with it, which is great for when I'm travelling!

This product really works. I was nervous to try it first because I was like is this like all the other and they don’t show anything but once you scrape your tongue, you can see the difference literally and so I love this product.

It is flat and fits in mouth ergonomically. It does a marvelous job. Highly recommend.

I love this product! The bristles are firm enough to help remove particle build up and with maintaining good oral hygiene! Pair it with the same brand tongue scraper and tongue paste and you'll have the freshest breath!

It's a great product. Cleans your tongue thoroughly again please read the instructions it is abrasive on the tongue only if you don't read the instructions and use the product properly. I use it on my tongue and on the insides on my cheek. Been using this product for years and I love it.

Dentist always compliments me on the health of my teeth, gums, and tongue and others always compliment my white teeth and breath so figured maybe i should acknowledge here that I feel like this is a huge part of my routine! I've developed a method I think works best that avoids the irritation some say they have experienced. Firstly, I don't press too hard and instead to light to moderate strokes. I start as far back as I can go on the right corner of my tongue and slide the brush down towards the tip. I do one stroke each moving to the left, rinsing under warm water after each stroke. It's like mowing a lawn one row of grass at a time. Then I repeat once more. Because I suffer from post-nasal drip due to allergies, I tend to get a ton of build up at the back of my tongue and much less towards the middle and front. So I finish by doing a few circular brushing movements at the back right and left (maybe about 5 each). Then I use my regular brush with toothpaste just to go over the area and make it smell fresh and get rid of any plaque that was loosened but not picked up by the Tung brush. I finish by gargling listerine focusing on it touching the back of my tongue only (i avoid my teeth at night as to not rinse the whitening toothpaste off; in the mornings i rinse my whole mouth). This gives me fresh breathe and a clean, pink tongue all day. I'll never go without a tongue brush again to be honest.

I’ve been using this product for a couple weeks now and feel like I can accurately review it. Overall, this brush does its job. It cleans your tongue well. I purchased the brush pack with the TUNG gel. I’m not entirely sure if it’s the brush itself or if it’s the gel but one of the products is very abrasive on your tongue and I believe it is the brush. The brush has very stiff bristles on it and has irritated a few spots on my tongue after brushing because of how stiff the bristles are. It almost feels like your tongue feels after you’ve burnt it on a hot drink or piece of food. It does brush well and cleans your tongue well so if you don’t feel like you have sensitive skin/tongue I do recommend this product in addition to the gel but if you are more sensitive, I’d look for something else that’s more gentle to brush with. I never had these issues with my previous toothbrush that had a tongue brush on the back of it so I know it has to do with the brush most likely.
