DO NOT PURCHASE! Didn’t last 3 months!
Purchased and installed in mid November 2019 and now, as if Feb 14, 202, it is no longer working. Started leaking just like the one it was purchased to replace. Is there some kind of warranty on this item. It was purchased to replace the exact same model that was on the door since originally installed many years ago. The door is in the back of a small church. Out of 4 entrances in this church this is the least used. There is no way this item should already be messed up!!!

Was great. At first.
Installation was easy since it was a direct replacement for the original. Worked good for a few months then started leaking oil, which was the reason for the replacement of the original. I'd suggest a different manufacturer.

Not reliable
Purchased for a commercial location. Nothing special during the installation, it was pretty straightforward. One started leaking oil after 2 years of use, not happy with the reliability. I've never had to replace any door closer on the many doors in the several businesses I have, ever.
