This case is very sturdy and I know that if I drop my switch it won't get any scratches! I've actually dropped my switch on wooden floor about 3 times and never has it gotten a scratch or the case broken in 2 pieces. The case only has some internal cracks because I've tried to remove the case from my switch but it's really hard to do so, so just prepare to possibly buy another case because its difficult to remove with just your nails.

I really like how thin this case is. I really just wanted something that would protect the finish of my switch lite, and not necessarily for dropping protection because that's not something I'm really worried about. If you're looking something that's like an OtterBox quality this isn't it. I should also mention that it is kind of difficult to take off once you put it back on, though my boyfriend has managed to do it for me twice now when I wanted to clean the inside. So you should also think twice about getting this case if you are worried about like dust particles on the inside and all that kind of stuff. That's something that really bothers me and so I find the need to take it off every now and then, but like I said it's worked twice so far and I've had the case for a little over 2 months I think. If I happen to break it I'll just get a new one, but if you want a case that's going to last you a while then you might want to look at other ones because if this difficulty. One last note: I took these pictures in my car while I was waiting for it to warm up so sorry about the lighting.

Absolutely love this case! I saw the other review that told me to be wary of having a glass screen protector as it would make it difficult to put on, but at first a majority of the case snapped in fine, and there was only one spot that didn’t snap, but it budged and I was able to completely close it! I love the material and how it’s not too thick so it still feels like my switch. The kickstand also is very good and snaps in and out whenever I need it/don’t need it. I love that the case covers it fully front and back, and there’s no way that it’ll fall out. Feels pretty sturdy to me, unlike other switch lite cases I see that literally has the front popping out. I highly recommend this one! I don’t plan on dropping my switch lite and I’m super careful with it, so I don’t need a “life proof” case. This is pretty good for an amazon case, with a bit of protection. I just like it to stay clean and not barren. Also the buttons fit in it perfectly. AND this case is a hard plastic case, not the bendy twisty clear material it usually is. Get it y’all!

I don't know how you can manufacture a case specifically for a single electronic device and then fail to make it actually fit said device. I bought this case specifically to protect the vinyl on my switch lite. First off, upon trying to put the case on, it's slightly too small. The clasps on the right side of my device will not click and I can see the case squishing my switch in certain lighting. If I did not have a skin over this device, it would have left scratches or damaged the shell. Second, I can already tell by the flimsy plastic that if I try to take it off, it will break. I do want to be able to take the case off occasionally so I can clean my device and replace the skin as needed. It does not look like it was designed for fall damage, which is fine, I got it to protect my skin from dirt, but you're not getting any protection from this cheap plastic. All in all, skip this one, folks. This case has one job, which is to FIT ON TO THE DEVICE IT WAS MADE FOR, and it can't even do that.

PROS: * Works as intended. * Lightweight. * Transparent - allows whatever personality you chose (color, stickers, etc) to show. CONS: * Flimsy Kickstand - I can't help but notice just how um... unsatisfactory the kickstand really is. I told my nephew that it needed to be used carefully as it's the piece most likely to break. I shouldn't have been surprised, the pictures clearly show a plastic kick stand. I guess I just expected it to feel/move more substantially. Only time will tell! USE: The kickstand is the primary reason I purchased this for my nephew. I didn't want him lurched over to playing with the Nintendo Switch Lite. This helps him sit with a more healthy posture particularly when at a desk or table. This case will protect the Lite. For the price, its still a good buy kickstand concerns notwithstanding.

The whole point of the case is the kickstand but it's a bit flimsy feeling. When you pull it out it feels like you might just shatter the whole thing. The case though is sturdy enough, keeps the switch feeling safe. I have carpet flooring though so even after dropping it 5 times by now of course it's still fine so take my review as you will.

Other than the kick stand being hard to pop out, I like this case a lot. It fits snug and I am able to use each of the buttons and charge port easily.

First off, the case is really well designed. Everything snaps together nicely, although the case creaks a bit when installed. All of the cutouts for the buttons are sufficient and the rest is well protected by the solid polycarbonate shell. It's pretty much completely clear leaving the colour of my switch (a custom clear cyan shell) to completely pass through. My absolute favourite feature is the kickstand. The first time you try to take it out it is very difficult so I would recommend using a plastic tool to open it, but after that it was much easier to deploy. It also doesn't lock when it is out so don't try to bend it too far or else you may risk breaking it. However despite these shortcomings it is remarkably stable, even more so than the regular switch, simply because it's in the centre, and the angle that the kickstand is at is more shallow which gives it a lower centre of gravity than a regular switch. I also find this angle to be more viewable from my particular desk setup. Even if the kickstand wasn't as good it's just nice for the switch lite to have one. It's changed how I use it as I now tend to play with external controllers more. I don't trust this case to be thrown against a brick wall but it's solid, affordable and that kickstand is super handy. It's even unobtrusive enough to fit inside my carrying case. This is pretty much a must have if you own a switch lite.

Pretty solid construction for everyday use. It doesn’t block any of the key except you need nail for - & + key. The kickstand is flimsy, one broke off in 2 days. Otherwise, it is good for this price
