Gruntled Premium Pork Crackling, Salted, 20 x 35g (700g) box

Scrumptious and spicy as 🔥 - on a subscription these are very affordable and much better quality food than you commonly find in small supermarkets/corner shops. To be honest I've not found this brand in any large supermarkets either but they are DELICIOUS!!

Tastes good, great texture very crunchy and not hard. Good ratio of skin, fat and meat.However this flavour (sea salt) is why too salty. This company can't seem to get their salt level right as the other flavour (salt and vinegar) is not salty enough.The size is less consistent than some other brands so some very large chuck and some tiny ones.Overall better quality and value for money than most supermarket stuff.Cooked in rapeseed oil, might be a deal breaker for some people but I don't mind.

I've been buying these for years now and other than the odd stale packet (Therese are always from a slightly damaged bag) they've been fantastic.The bag is too small, but anyone would complain that they want more of something for the same price!

I don’t know if I had a duff box but these are more akin to the old style pub snack than the new more premium lighter products available- firstly the ingredients don’t match the snaffled website or even the box they come in which states no msg, these are full of it alongside a host of other unnecessary ingredients which is disappointing as we were wanting a cleaner product. Also they don’t taste twice cooked, they are not light but instead are a real mix of lighter pieces with cold, crunchy overly seasoned bits, with lots of seasoning and inedible bits at the bottom of the bag - we won’t be repurchasing

These are by far my favourite pork scratchings. They're a real life saver when on the keto diet because as well as eating them "as is", they are also great to blend up and use as a breadcrumb replacement on chicken and pork steaks!

mostly nice but some had that funny taste that you sometimes get in scratchings, if they sort that out I might buy them again... could do with a bit more spice too.Edit > buy at your own risk - I had to chuck half of the bags away they tasted like nothing on gods earth, like they were gone off or something and soggy, I had to spit them out and try to wash the taste out of my mouth and am now just praying that I don't die of food poisoning... as I said buy at your own risk.

These seemed good value however ive had a few bags in this box that taste off and funny taste/smell, enough to put you off altogether

You would expect a bulk buy like this to cost less hence the dropped star. But at least the crackling is great quality. It's as bubbly as the crunch types in places whilst still being true crackling rather than just something puffed full of air. The parts that can be rock hard in other brands are also softened whilst remaining crisp so you aren't in danger of losing teeth to this one. The bags are also a decent size as opposed to many other brands that have tiny ones. You could probably eat these 2 at a time but one is sufficient. Overall the nicest pork rind product I've ever tried.
