I have had red, dry eyes for about 4-5 years. I have tried everything to reduce the amount of constant tearing and redness from every natural eye drop to taking 4-5 pure fish oil pills per day plus Thera Tears has their own fish oil pill for eyes. I read all the reviews very carefully for this product and I can't remember how I even came across this to start looking maybe just a search within Amazon for other eye products. Anyway, I figured why not try it what do I have to loose. Within about 15-20 minutes of me taking this pill every morning all eye symptoms subside. I do have a cornea disease that keeps my eyes tearing and red constantly. Every morning it all subsides and goes away after I take this Bilberry pill -within 15-20 minutes. I love it now. I just ordered my second bottle. I don't always take it twice a day as I don't always feel the need. But with spring in bloom now I probably will just because of airborne allergies. I am going to stop taking the Thera tears pills, as that does nothing for me and continue with the Bilberry!! I really can't say enough about it - it's making me and my eyes happy!!

I have dry eyes and use Restasis and have punctal plugs and my eyes look red and irritated. My left eye is worse to the point that my eyelashes are not growing well. I'm on my second bottle of Bilberry and it's really working! My eyes feel good and my eyelashes are growing better! Still using eye gel at bedtime and eye drops occasionally during the day but that is just fine. Very impressed with the Bilberry and now I'm going to try and go off the Restasis.

I bought this product because I was recently diagnosed with acute PVD, or Posterior Vitreous Detachment, in my right eye. I researched what natural supplements were available to strengthen and improve the connective tissue in my eye. I bought this along with Lutein. I've been using this product for about two weeks and after a follow-up appointment with the retina specialist last week, I learned my eye had improved, the bleeding was reabsorbed and nearly gone, and that, overall, it was looking much better than expected. Was it the bilberry alone that contributed to this vast improvement? Hard to say. However, since I've been told the same thing is most likely to occur in my other eye, I have added this product and the Lutein into my daily supplement regime. From the research I conducted, both supplements help strengthen our eyes as we age. And this product also acts as an anti-oxidant! This brand has 1,000 mg of bilberry powder. Highly recommend!

It is difficult to fairly rate a product when a person is taking many other products for overall strength immunity. I have dry eyes because of bad thyroid, therefore, I take a lot of supplements and some of them are for eyes. I stopped taking for a week the products geared toward dry-eye relief to notice Bilberry effects. It seems as it Bilberry Extract 1000mg-Premium Eye Support is helping me with the irritation in my eyes that are worse during spring time when pollen is at its peak. I faithfully take 2 Bilberry pills daily with 8oz of water, as suggested. I still feel the burning sensation in the eyes but with less intensity. I hope, with time and persistence, my eyes heal from the horrible burning sensation. As long as I sleep well, my eyes are not too irritated and Bilberry works great. When I order the second bottle, I'll update the rating for it'll be for sure the product works or not.

I dont know yet. Product looks like more filler than Bilberry. I like the idea of having the larger dosage, though. I have to improve my night vision.

Several months ago, I suddenly developed floaters which cause my vision to blur, which causes extreme inconvenience when I am trying to work. Someone whose opinion I value above any other person researched and recommended this particular supplement so I got some to try. I have to say, I have been taking two of these capsules a day and I can tell a huge difference when I do not take them. I have never taken any supplement that helped my eyes as much as this one. Also I have suffered no side effects at all.

I had controlled Type 2 diabetes for about 18 months so I thought everything was fine. During an exam in the summer, my eye doctor found I had some damaged blood vessels in one eye - two small ones and one fairly large bleed. I started taking this product and at my three-month recheck there were no more damaged vessels, the two smaller ones were gone, and the larger one had not worsen. At my November check, large one is still there (the doctor says that one may not go away) but at least it appears to be stable.

Not sure why this is but I have been ordering this product for a couple years and the capsules have alway been a blueish/purple color. This latest bottle has them larger and tan/brown. I'm going to send these back. Who knows what in these capsules!
