This ball is just as you would expect. It's one of the playground balls we all used in elementary school. I use it primarily for self massage and bought it instead of those more expensive balls that are labeled as massage balls. This item works just as well.

This ball is very similar to the ball used in both Pure Barre studio and online classes. I've used it everyday at home while do Pure Barre on demand at home. It has stayed firm and not deflated. I only wish it came with a pump, which I had to purchase separately.

It’s oblong. I would like to ask for a refund. Don’t ever order it.

Pumping it up, there was a certain hardness that I was wanting, But while I was blowing it up, it suddenly blebbed. I let some air out, but later it just popped by itself.I admit that I probably inflated it more than it’s rating, so the problem lies much with me as the ball. But I didn’t want the ball to be squishy. So this is what happened.

Has a nice texture to the surface which makes it easy to grip while doing range of motion exercises.Just the right size to hold in one hand.

These balls are quite rugged/ durable.

Been using it inside for my kids . Seems durable and perfect size for them.

The ball arrived deflated as expected, but there was no pump or needle to inflate it so I wasn’t even able to blow it up! So silly.

Good little ball. Wish a looked at the size more closely, not even close to a standard dodge ball size
