Over the years, I have spent a lot of time and money buying pillows. I can never seem to find one that fits my needs. I thought this would be a good option to try because this came up as a top rated pillow from consumer reports. I really think this pillow might be the last pillow I ever need. I saw all the good reviews and I also read all the bad reviews. Pillows are very personal, and a pillow that works for one person may not work for the other person but, I decided to give this a try. I was so excited. This was on sale at Amazon and I got it same day. I have a lot of neck issues and pinched nerves so I thought this pillow would help. Once I took it out of the box, I fluffed it up by hand because I don’t have a dryer. Within 15 minutes the pillow was really fluffy. I tested it out. I’m a side sleeper. It didn’t work too well. I removed some of the stuffing which is luxuriously soft. And it seemed to be comfortable. This morning I woke up with a horrible neck and headache. So, I took a little more stuffing out. It seems to feel better now. This gives just the right amount of support. It doesn’t give too much pushback and it also doesn’t go flat. Yes, this will flatten out a little bit when you lay your head on it, but not completely to the mattress flat. I fluff it up before I go to bed and it works great. I think I have it at just the right thickness but we will see how it goes. Surprisingly, it was not too hot for me like others have reported. I do have a temperature control system on the bed so maybe that’s why the pillow temperature didn’t bother me as much. I did not have any pain in my ears from sleeping on a hard pillow. That was a big plus. It gives Justin enough support and not too much pressure so it’s perfect. The outer shell is really nice. The shell and zippers seem to be good quality. I still use a genuine silk pillowcase because I like it. I think this is my forever pillow. I will add an update after I use it for a while if anything changes. I am hoping for good durability. Last thing, this also comes with extra stuffing if you like your pillow, extra high, or if your pillow starts to go flat, you have more stuffing to put in it. Putting your pillow out in the sun or in the dryer once every couple of months will help to keep it fluffy. I don’t think I would ever wash the foam on the inside. There’s no reason for that. The outer shell is what’s going to get most dirty. Just know, I liked it so much I bought another one immediately.

The filling for this pillow is luxurious. This is such a great pillow for so many reasons. Not only is it comfortable, it is also soft and they give you extra filling along with instructions on how to adjust to your sleep style. It is well packaged and fun. The way they have put this together makes it a great gift, because it is fun!

I have tried over 10 different pillows this past couple years. Hundreds of dollars later, I can safely say that this is by far my favorite. It’s somehow soft, cozy, and supportive all at the same time. It feels like sleeping on a cloud. I am a side/back sleeper and use it as it comes, but I love that the stuffing is adjustable because everyone in the family likes something slightly different. I did take off one star because of the smell on some of these. I have bought 4 total. Two of them were great right out of the box. One I put in the dryer to fluff and one was left out in a room overnight. Neither had a bad smell and both were good to go. A third one had a slight chemical smell and had to be left out for over a week completely unzipped with the stuffing let out before the smell went away. Not a big deal but not super convenient either. The fourth one had to be returned. The chemical smell from it was HORRIBLE. I couldn’t even have it air out in the bedroom because it was soo strong and giving me a headache. The manufacturer does say the smell is normal and harmless and will go away, but that one was just next level bad. Overall, I absolutely love these pillows. I just wish some of them didn’t smell so bad.

Before I review the pillows I want to share info about the company. Long story short, the pillows were traveling all over Michigan for over a WEEK thanks to the USPO. I was getting extremely frustrated to say the least. I finally contacted the company and suggested they need to find a better way to get these pillows to people that order them and that it was already over two weeks that I had ordered them. They responded that they were sending out two more pillows via Fed Ex and they were extremely apologetic. The wandering pillows DID finally arrive at the PO as well as Fed Ex pillows being delivered. I asked the company if I should get a return label for the ones that came by mail and they asked if I would donate them to a homeless shelter or an animal shelter because they want to give back to communities. Of course I agreed. Last night was our first night with the king size pillows. Since I have been using microbead pillows for a very long time this is a HUGE switch for me. These pillows are very thick and I was concerned it would make my neck hurt worse but OMG!! Talk about cradling your head! WONDERFUL support and my neck didn't suffer at all. I can actually move my head in both directions this a.m. without pain! I went to sleep on my back, with my head turned to the side which in the past has caused me pain. I dont think I hardly moved last night so I can't tell you how they are for side sleeping which is the position I normally sleep. So to sum it up, my first night with this pillow was absolutely wonderful and I can only figure the rest of my nights will be just as good.

Me gusto mucho que traiga una bolsita extra de relleno para ajustarla a tu gusto o que le puedas sacar un poco más de relleno para acomodarla a tu conveniencia. Además la textura de la funda es súper suave, todo de esta almohada me gusto

I never leave reviews for products, but I just had to cause Coops Adjustable Pillow has transformed my sleeping quality. It did take a few weeks to find the right amount of filling (I like a really low profile pillow) - but once I did it has improved my sleeping quality drastically. Literally for all of 2025 so far, I’ve struggled with poor sleep due to low quality cheap pillows causing me neck/shoulder pain due to misalignment. I used to always but cheap $20 pillows but could never find one that was the right firmness, they were either too low profile or too high profile. But with Coops, I got to adjust the filling just right and finally I’m able to get a good nights sleep. If you struggle with finding a pillow that doesn’t cause neck pain, you need to do yourself a favour and buy this pillow, even with the high price it’s definitely worth it.

This is the most comfortable pillow ever. I took a couple of the foam pieces out to make it more comfortable and I made another comfy pillow out the spare foam. I have a lot of water retention so with other pillows my head feels squashed when I wake up. But this pillow is so soft & cloud like. I can move it around to make it exactly as I want it. I sleep on my side and back so I can fix it to fit under my neck whatever way I like. It moulds to my shape. I’ve wasted so much money trying to find the perfect pillow but I’ve finally found my match. I can’t explain how much this pillow has changed my nights sleep. 5 stars from me
