experienced cook couldn't be more pleased!
I've been using a variety of cookware for over 50 years now - and when I got fed up with my current non-stick grill pan, I thought I'd try this one and it's fabulous! I do use a very, very thin coat of avocado oil on it and I am so pleased with the results of anything I've grilled on my stove top using this pan. I am now a die-hard fan of Circulon's non-stick pans and plan to purchase a crepe pan from this brand as well. But this 11" pan is perfect for my small stove's larges burner (glass cook top) and it's now a pleasant experience to grill fish, tofu, meats etc. again!

It is very light.
It does not like a grill pan. It is more close to a normal nonstick pan. I do not need other nonstick pans. I returned it as soon as I opened it.

PERFECT
I have used Calphalon for many many years. This is FAR superior to it. it will basically just wipe clean. Thinking of dumping a lot of my Calphalon and replacing it with Circulon.
