Smart Stack Hard Anodized Nonstick Frying Pan Set / Skillet Set - 8.5 Inch and 10 Inch, Black

I bought this brand because I already have two other Anolon pans that get heavy use and they're amazing. Nothing sticks to them and the quality has held up great over time. So when I needed a 12-inch skillet, I stuck with what I know. This one did not disappoint. Same quality I've come to expect - the nonstick surface works exactly as it should and the hard anodized construction feels solid and durable. It heats evenly and cleans up easily. If you're familiar with Anolon, you know what you're getting. If you're not, it's worth trying. These pans perform and last.

I cook a LOT and replace frying pans just about every year because they just get worn out. I tried some expensive ceramic options which were non stick initially but 6 month into it, they were no longer non stick (everything stuck). I've read that my experience isn't unique in that regard (ceramic gets more sticky as they're used). Anyway, I've had T-Fal, Made-In, Calphalon, All-Clad, OXO, and Tramontina, among others. These pans are as good as any I've tried. We'll see how long they last, but they are SUPER non stick right now, appear to heat evenly, and feel good in my hand. Thus far, very pleased.

If i could give this pan 10 stars I would. We recently purchased hexclad and have been extremely disappointed with their performance. My family makes a lot of grind venison/cheese patties and no matter what we did, they would stick to the hexclad like glue and I’d have to spend time scrubbing with baking soda. These pans are amazing. Take a look at the video. Not only do I not have to scrape the pan with a spatula, I can literally just slide the cooking patty around the pan with gravity. This video was taken without any oil whatsoever (except the oil produced by the ground venison). The cheese comes golden brown, but absolutely would not stick to the pan. This is amazing, considering I’ve been cooking these things for years and am fully aware of how bad they stick to any cookware. There is a heavy heat retaining plate that keeps the pan hot to prevent steaming what you’re trying to sear. These are my new go-to pans and put my expensive hexclad to shame.

The first is the handle – while it's comfortable to hold, it doesn't stay cool to the touch when the pan is on the stove, which can be inconvenient. The second is the price – while the pans are high-quality and well-made, I do feel like they're a bit pricey compared to similar products on the market. Overall, I'm mostly satisfied with the Anolon Smart Stack Hard Anodized Nonstick Frying Pan Set. It's a high-quality and versatile set that's easy to use and clean, but the handle and the price are a couple of drawbacks.

These are excellent pans! The non-stick surface works fantastically. I bought these specifically because the bottom was a smooth surface that would not scratch my flat stove burners. So far, so goo!

Pretty light but the best quality, This is the second time I purchased them. They are excellent, I actually cook better with them than with other expensive ceramic ones. And super easy to clean.

I’ve purchased this pan twice and the newer weights less because the pan bottom is thinner. On a gas range if not perfectly centered it will tip when empty because of the handle weight. This never happens with the older pan.

It is light weight it's very easy to handle, definitely non-stick I can fry an egg without any oil, easy to manually clean, heat is evenly distributed it's easy to fry an omelet or pancakes. Don't waste your money buying cheaper brands like I did before. I highly recommend buying this Anolon Frying Pans (and pots).
