It was great hearing music George likes. I liked most of them.

the marketing for this cd leads the consumer to believe the songs are sung by George, when in fact it is songs George listened to. Makes me believe this is the classic "bait and switch".

Great album. But it is meant for people who would be interested in Oldies and George's taste for music. As David puts it up here, George doesn't participate of any of the songs.

I have always adored George Harrison and, when this cd with his picks was available, I knew I could not possibly miss out on musical enjoyment. I definitely recommend this cd.

You can definitely see the influence of the music on the album in the songs recorded by the Beatles. Highly recommended.

Great, timeless. Always wondered what music the music makers listened to.

ジョージがビートルズ時代、ソロ時代でカバーした曲の原曲がこのコンピで聴けるのは嬉しい。びっくりなのがジョージはオリジナルの歌唱も結構ニュアンスを真似して歌ってたんだなというのがわかります。カバーというよりコピーに近い感覚。オリジナルとは違う歌い方にしてやろうっていうつもりなかったのがまっつぐな人でした。ジャケの写真の、66年のストロベリーフィールズセッションのをチョイスとはナイスなセンスしてると思う。

シリーズらしいいろんな曲が入ってます。ジョージが聴いてた音楽がわかります。

I stupidly thought I was buying a CD of George Harrison covering other people's songs. However on realising these were the originals, I was still able to enjoy it immensely - he had great taste.
