Buy the bigger one
Totally delicious- especially with my homemade blinis! I didn’t realize until today- when I went to order more- you can buy the larger bottle for just a bit more money. 1 oz is $50 and the 5.5 oz is $70. I'd also recommend looking at the manufacturer's website in NYC for comparison.

Really good sourced caviar from America
Nice to have an inexpensive caviar that is not salty and taste fresh.

Good flavor
Came quickly and well packed. I was impressed by the care taken. It was a little more salty than I was thinking it might be. Not quite at the level of Salmon Roe but a bit more than I was hoping for. It works great with a mild smoked Gouda cheese and cracker with a sauvignon blanc.
