Worked well pulling in stations approx. 45 miles away But note this unit does NOT have an inline amplifier! I used the amazon filter to show amplified units only and this one came up on that search. I researched it and it was not clear if it had one or not so I can't pass blame on Amazon I did however purchase the 1byone High gain amplifier just in case and it helped pull in additional channels. I will post more later once I mount it at a higher elevation to help performance. This antenna is a directional so make sure your broadcast stations you prefer are all in the same direction.

I live 30-60 miles from the TV transmitters. Bought a powered RCA indoor antenna first that would only pick up PBS channels on VHF. Just got this ORCA antenna today and hooked it up inside the house and I get 11 channels perfectly on the UHF band but no VHF yet. That may improve when I mount it outside, but even if it does not, I'm still very impressed with the perfect reception on the channels the ORCA antenna does get.

These aren't going to hold up as well as the chuck it ones, but they throw better. They last about a year or so, but for the price and the fact that they throw so much further, I will always buy these. One of my dogs likes to chase a solid rubber ball that is too small for the holder and using a chuck it is out, but I can scoop it with these and still throw it if I am careful. I will buy these everytime.

I mounted it in the passenger side of my semi,,,,handle bar..in the cab.......i parked near gary indiana....and scanned 41 channels. !!!!! Later i parked at battle creek, i scanned 8 channels out of grand rapids......i was impressed with the picture quality...still get interupts when a truck passes in front of me.....

It is exactly what it appears to be. I haven't seen any blemishes in the pain or any signs that this won't last forever, unless dropped from the roof or something.

We cancelled our direct tv after loss of signals and overpriced service. We now get our local channels in hd for free.Excellent product !We mounted outside about 8 feet off the ground. I'm sure it would work even better if roof mounted

Love them!!!! My dog is a Lab mix and could play fetch nearly all day. These allow me to throw a ball much further and gets rid of the excess energy of my young dog. It wears him out and prevents chewing on things in the house.

I ordered because me dog loves to fetch balls. He will look for hours till he finds the ball. At first I had trouble throwing the ball over the pool, then I tried it side arm and get such a better throw, farther than I expected. Great thrower.
