Not sure this was ever an expected use for this item...but our new pool ladder required weight to stabilize in the pool. The suggested sand did not appeal to me...so my son suggested these. They were the perfect solution.....easy to put in the designated channel (easier than sand). Perfect weight balance. As I said, this probably was not a great review for this item...but it was perfect for our needs.

Utilized in the construction of 3D printed Newton Cradles in physics classes. Perfect mass and excellent results!!

what i like is the way a sheppard sling dispatches the 3/4 in bering into next week! I will buy some 1in next and beef up the sling pouch.

I thought these would give my slingshot ammo some punch. Just the opposite. The balls are way, way too heavy. They are barely able to launch 30 feet and they move slow. And that’s with three bands per side!

Wow, I can't believe how much more mass they are compared to the 1/2 inch. Great buy, bought another one right away.
