Love ‘em!
Started off by making tuna tarts in these, and they came out great. The tarts slid right out of the pans, which I wanted, so they worked great!

Wouldn’t suggest. They are far too small and most all arrive dented.

Perfect for making air fryer egg tarts
These mini egg tart pans are perfect. I can fit 8 in my TaoTronics 6Qt air fryer. I found an easy 4 ingredient recipe at SETHLUI.com and they came out delicious. However, the recipe uses metric measurements and I forgot to convert the cooking temp from C to F. Nevertheless, I corrected the error and they came out great.

Perfect for egg tarts!
I was worried after all the bad reviews I'd read for all the different tart molds on Amazon, but these worked perfectly for egg tarts! The tarts popped right out of the mold (I didn't need to grease them) and the tarts turned out beautifully (woksoflife recipe is yum) Size seemed just right too.

Strong
I really like these little egg tart shells. They’re very well-made and very heavy duty. I was a little surprised at the size is I apparently did not read it correctly when I ordered them but they are fine.

Great for small sandbakkels
They are made of a very study metal and seem to be of great quality. I'm not using them for egg tarts so I cant speak to that, but they are perfect for sandbakkels (which always come out of the tin in one piece).

used them to make Italian Pastry
so easy to use they came out gorgeous and so easy to get out of the pans, just turn them over. I will use these many times for many different recipes. Might gift them to a cousin who also makes Italian pastry.
