Do it work
Purchased small pack which I took just to help cleanse system for diet. It worked for me It made me have bowel movements and urine several times plus I wasn't hungry. Every one system is different but it's worth the try.

Only tried for one day and shoes I have not been able to fit or zip was able to fit.. just in one day and I brought from the dollar store.. Nothing never works for me but these are the best..
