I love this tape
I love this tape, I have a thumb, wrist problem and I finally found this tape to be the best I have tried. I go swimming everyday and also go to our fitness center everyday and it will stay on great for a few days and it does help me with the pain. AZAPORT Kinesiology is a tape I will be using and soon I will get another roll just to have on hand.

It worked great, applied easy
When my gigantic pregnant belly became unbearable I got some of this to support the bulge. It worked great, applied easy, and stayed on for almost 10 days.What I failed to consider, however, is that I have skin that is weirdly....I don't know how to describe it... adhesive? It's not sensitive, but anything sticky, like REALLY sticks to it. So when I went to pull this stuff off I couldn't! I had to sit in a hot shower, soaking the tape in olive oil as I pulled it off millimeter by millimeter. It was SO painful, I was a big, fat, oily, crying, pregnant lady. It left actual abrasions where the tape was.Also, be advised, you can shower with it on and it won't come off. But the tape itself is not water-proof and gets wet. You have to blow-dry it or stay naked for awhile until it dries after you shower. Obviously not an issue if it's on your leg or arm, annoying when it's all over your belly and back.

Wonderful sports tape!
Great sports tape. I used it on my lower back. It stayed on throughout the day including an hour of exercise and shower. The tape stayed on. I took it off late at night before I went to bed.I was not sensitive of it nor there is any smell. There was no residual gum left on my skin went I took it off. I do feel better after using it. Will definitely buy the tape, maybe a different color.

Don’t buy it
Says it doesn’t leave residue or marks. Here’s a perfect outline and residue. Originally posted on March 22 and I’ve still got marks on my leg from it. I don’t know if it’s an allergic reaction or burns but they’re still there.May 4th STILL HAVE FREAKIN MARKS

This tape sticks on securely! Don't have to worry ...
This tape sticks on securely! Don't have to worry about it coming off and able to wear it for a few days. Dries quickly. But when its time to take it off, be ready for some pain. Ripping it off quickly will hurt a lot but ripping it off slowly doesn't hurt as much.

Helps with pain and swelling due to meniscus tear
I use this to help with pain and swelling from having a torn meniscus. I use one strip for 5 days and it keeps the swelling down and I am pain free.

The tape itself is easy to use and stayed where I put it.
I have been experiencing a slight MCL type pain in my right knee and decided to try this tape while I ride my Airdyne exercise bike. I taped it up prior to my 1/2 hour ride and it seemed to help. The tape itself is easy to use and stayed where I put it. I would recommend this product.
