This Pro Biotic was recommended to me by my Nurse Practitioner, it is highly effective and gentle on the stomach.

I was sick for two weeks with, um, diarrhea, after a visit to Mexico where I did ALL of the "wrong" things... eating and drinking anything and everything I felt like, all of things to give me the opportunity to pick up parasites my system wouldn't be used to.
